The White House Residency

I have booked 2 rooms for my family members. both had a unhygienic toilet. Flush is not working. Shower is not working. Room full of bad smell. I have noticed a Cigarette smell outside the some rooms. If you inform the receptionist, they are also not taking any responsibility. They are talking very rude. Worst ever experience with the hotel I have not faced this terrible experience even before. Whenever I entered the room, I feel like Entering a public toiler. worst experience. Not recommended.

Worst rooms and cleanliness and no hygenie ac was not good and no proper housekeeping and lift had issue

Toilet of the property is not good. Water tap of the basin is not usable.

रूम बहुत गंदगी से निहाल था, काफी महक था, पंखा भी बेकार था, bathroom बेकार था, हमने e रूम बदले में दूसरा देने को बोला नहीं दिया और स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी अच्छा नहीं था,

It was not a good experience. Blanket was nit clean and it smells too bad and we can hear water droplets sound continously. Doors were not proper and it's tooo suffocating. Restrooms were also not clean. Overall the experience was worst.

No staff management, no service, poor quality room in bad condition washroom are not in good shape very average. In very smelling area.

It was not worth completely it was disappointing

Really worthless we booked via book my trip but that hotel concern not allotted rooms quickly pls remove from your list

Facilities were good, overall a good stay in hotel. Worth for money

The room was hygienic but little problems are there. There is no bathroom carpet when I Am going to the bathroom, I can not keep your legs dry because there is no carpet.
There is no bathroom carpet and please add plug points near the bed.
