Townhouse Century Hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Townhouse Century Hotel. Everything about the Townhouse Century Hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good Hotel and staff. Cleaning of rooms should be improved. There was sticky dust on the wooden flooring sticking to feet. This cleaning method should be better. Water clogging in bathroom need to be rectified properly. I had complained about this and the same was attended but still this problem was there. Bedsheets and towels were clean and new, well maintained. Overall stay was good but these issues should be taken care for improvement.

Hotel staff is good. Room is very spacious and clean. Even the washrooms are big and clean. Only drawback is food taste quality which looks spicy and tasty but actually does not taste good. Food to be avoided. Anyways u can always order online which is permitted. Parking too seemed an issue if the Townhouse Century Hotel is near to full with guests having 4 wheelers. U need to park outside on the road. Hygiene is also maintained properly

Good stay. Clean mattresses and towels. Room floors need to be cleaned properly. Black dust from the floor sticking to feet. Breakfast was always cold. Furnitures in the room and restaurant need to be cleaned. TV and air conditioning are perfect. Breakfast timings should start by 7 am.

Shared pictures of the room with friends. We all were surprised at the price. Room is spacious. Nice interior. Adequate bathroom space. Clean. Everything is perfect. It's location is excellent as well.

The stay was really comfortable. Room was spacious thanks to manager for the best room. Hospitality was good. Away from crowded area but very near to market and stadium. Hardly 5 min walk

The bedsheets are clean, and the staff's behavior is excellent; they communicate with me very well. It's a must-try place. I will visit again if i get the chance.

The check in was fast. The place is located near the Nagpur railway station platform 8.
