Entrance look elegant but you are not going to stay over there. Room is very average, you could see torn carpet, cockroaches etc. my kid was willing to watch TV but it was not working and asked to the reception. They said they will look but that never happened. We ask multiple time for toilet tissue, it never came. You can choose !!

good staff behavior and clean rooms. Hotel's restaurant food is also nice. Located in centre of city so easy to reach and visit famous markets and all. Taj mahal is easy to reach from hotel and can get cab to airport via hotel service as well.

Treebo Empire Red Carpet Agra is an OKAY Okay Kind of Hotel in Agra. Plus - Staff is well behaved special mention to Abhishek. Room is Clean although small in size,i stayed in a Standard Room. AC is Old but works well. Minus - Lots of Mosquitoes in the room, they gave a repellent on demand. TV doesn't works properly as its on WiFi. Fan is dirty Room no.103 Soaps & Shampoo is of very low quality. Breakfast has just 2 Choices, Poori Bhaji & Poha only. Although they gave me a Bread omlette on demand which they served in my room as they were afraid someone else might demand also.
