There are two different hotels operating under the same GST number, and the similar names create confusion while booking. I saw many good pictures of the infrastructure and interiors while booking, but I was given a room in the newly developed property, which has very basic rooms. I had to request essentials such as slippers and a dental kit, and there was no soap, hair oil, or comb provided. Overall, it is a very basic hotel, not value for money, and the two different locations create a lot of confusion.

The worst hotel i have ever visited in jaipur when i reached there their hotel staff is very rude and that place is not safe for girls and as well as for family the place is very far from the cuty as well

My experience at this hotel was not very good. The biggest issue was with the electricity. The power kept going out again and again.was really difficult to sleep at night because the electricity kept cutting out.

soloA building alone is not a hotel. No hot water kettle/ jug in the room. No tea bags/ milk powder sugar glasses and spoon in room. Ridiculous. No bucket in the bathroom. No small table a chair in the room. Frequent power cuts. Just 2-3 staff / hotel people around. Needs huge improvements. I have also conveyed the same to the reception manager. If they improve all these elements. Nearby institutions can depend in this hotel for guest stay.
