Two Seas Residence | Rooms in a Villa

This place is very good for a family. Rooms are quite big. The place is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and Mr. Gowda the in charge also speaks very good Hindi so the conversation becomes easier. It's actually very close to the botanical garden. There are shops around from where you can buy milk and water and some other essentials. Food prepared at the property is also very good. Overall I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Two Seas Residence. We got a Two bedroom apartment for my family. The rooms were very neat and good. We had a comfortable stay. The food they provided had homely taste and reasonable price. This place has surrounding houses and you won't get magical views of Ooty but it is very near to the markets and easy accessible to gardens. Overall you can expect your stay to be home away from home.

A pleasant stay for a family near Botanical Garden and Chocolate Factory. We as a couple booked Honeymoon suite and the room was more behind our expectation. On an average 19°C room temperature is maintained during our stay. Staffs are ready to help at anytime. Food was also good. I recommend one should step in and enjoy their trip from Two seas.

Food quality and rates are ok. The only thing they should learn to speak Hindi also. Also, they should have parking space for at least 5 to 6 four wheelers in their compounds. The only thing to get repaired bathroom accessories on priority.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and perfect. Very friendly staff's food was very good and tasty with reasonable price. Thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

The place stayed was very clean and neat. Food served was tasty, and prime location and environment. The staff service was good. I would rate it 10 on 10. I stayed with children and satisfied regarding cleanliness.

I have been to ooty quite a few times. But this time i am pleasantly surprised to stay in this property. It is located centrally; very close to botanical garden. The rooms are very clean & spacious.
