VALIYATHAYIL HOMESTAY

Location was close to road and available in google maps. The hospitality was really good. We booked the budget room and the room was clean and well maintained (apart from the bathroom faucet. Food can be ordered from a nearby restaurant who'll order at your place with affordable rate. Fort kochi is very close, have churches nearby. There was only two wheeler parking available (i believe they'll arrange fo parking if you have a four wheeler. Good home stay overall. We didn't use the kitchen, if you want to use the kitchen, ask them well in advance

My sister and I stayed for a week after extending our stay which was gladly by the owner 😇 We were warmly welcomed and we enjoyed the homely stay without facing any problem. I would recommend those who are searching for budget friendly yet a place accessible to tourist attractions in Kochi😀 It's safe area and blessed family 😇 They are always available whenever we have queries and immediate response to our needs. Their service is is highly appreciated 😀

We had a wonderful stay at mr. David's homestay in kochi. He was extremely cooperative and attended to all our needs with great care. His strong local network made everything easily accessible, and when i was unwell, he personally took me to the doctor and pathology. He is very knowledgeable about tourist spots and logistics. Mr. David is very kind, helping a lot. Booked vehicle with best driver for reasonable fare from kochi to munnar and munnar sightseeing. It is comfortable for family stay. We spent night only, as we explored kochi almost the day time. It is home stay, not luxurious. It is in fort kochi, close to several visiting places and advantage to the explorer. 5

The room was really good. The host, david was extremely helpful. I stayed for only one night but i got to see a lot of fort kochi. David uncle also helped me with directions to reach the bus stand to catch a bus to somewhere else in kerala. I got to ride a ferry from fort kochi to ernakulam in the process. Great experience!

Nice person enjoyed a stay. It's near to all the places in port cochi. We have booked bike for rent and travel-led all the places near stay. Mr. David has guided us to travel without confusion. Thank you mr. David for guiding us.

Owner (mr david) is a nice personality. Rooms and facilities are in good condition. Next day in the morning, he arranged for milk and we used the kitchen to make tea for ourselves. Overall very nice experience. Thank you.

Our stay in the valiyathayil homestay was soo good. The host has been so welcoming and well mannered. Room was so comfy and there's a smoking area in the balcony which is so pretty.

Location was ideal. Close to all major tourist spots. Parking on the road was a bit of a risk but it was safe no issues. Restaurants in close proximity of the homestay. David was helpful and guided us well.

Yes good behavior and assistance. We got guidance to visit various places. But washroom quality ans size is not good.

The rooms were neat and comfortable but the kitchen was untidy and the waste bin were filled with previous occupants waste materials.
