When i booked the hotel and at time of check in hotel staff is saying we are not accepting booking from makemytrip and they don't allow me to check in, have show booking confirmation latter they continue say we are not taking any booking and they didn't listen anything. I am very much greatful to makemytrip staff, i called them and that staff also don't even to talk with them. They replace me other very good hotel with deluxe near khopoli.

Nice locality, good food on walking distance. I am enjoy stay.

Blankets were dirty n so we're bedsheets, reception was rude

I have check-in at 17.00 requested for check-out at 12.00 am but refused not happy.

The Hotel was clean, spacious, budget friendly and cooperative staff

Worst Hotel in this place. It is far away from Lonavola

Asked extra blanket, but the receptionist who received call said don't call again and again, here work is going on, don't disturb us, this words he said although I called him first time and till last I didn't received any blanket.

Bad washroom. Not a clearing room and washroom.

There was no electricity on third night of the visit from 12 am to 7 am. Never ever faced such a thing at any other hotel.

The rooms are okay, the air conditioners are powerful, there is no provision for food but only packed bottles are available. Washrooms are not up to the mark and wash basins are inside the room just outside the washroom and are very small in size.

Room is clean and bathroom also good. Walking distance from railway Station. Staff also good and cooperative.

Rude behavior by staff. Hotel didn't allow us to enter despite making the bookings.

Stay was nightmarish for us. Kindly avoid this hotel.
Rooms were okay but the way the staff treated us despite booking the hotel I would never again book this hotel and also advice the same to others. They were not allowing us to enter hotels despite booking the rooms.

I have added that it is a good but not great because hotel owner or manager is excellent at their level but housekeeping is not good.

No complementary water bottle, they charge me more for two water bottle. Poor water supply in bathroom.

Stay was good. Hotel has nearby good eating joint. We stayed here for Durshet Marathon.

Great stay clean hotel, clean toilet and very reasonable price.

They do not know how to talk with the customers. You have to ask them for the basic things like towels. Plus they did not even bother to clean the room the next day and change the towels bed sheets?

The room was fine, but the way the owner talked with us was pretty rude.
