Very bad experience they didn’t provide the room that we gad booked also..they didn’t inform prior that the room wasn’t available but we had booked it like a week ago instead they gave us the cheap room and didn’t give the refund also ..the people maintaining the resort are really bad..don’t respond to anything properly..they give alternative rooms which are very cheap and do nothing about it in last minute

Ambience and location also good . Good for family. But the toiletries are not proper . Villa required more maintenance. Care taker is good and accessible any time . He will help for anything .

The room is worth the money. The service is also good.

The location was great with beautiful views and easy accessibility. However, the property was poorly maintained. The first room had a broken fan, and although we were shifted to another room, it was also not well kept. The washroom tap was broken, and basic amenities like toothbrush, soap, and towels were not provided. The caretaker was helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was ideal—easily accessible and close to key attractions. The food served was delicious and offered a good variety. The amenities were well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience.

The stay is at beautiful location

Small room, no much privacy, can hear from and outside sounds, also below rooms sounds also was constantly disturbing. Small place and not much to explore, also can't have access to tea garden. Still it was okay, it has balcony, also it depends on the room you select

Loved the location and ambiance. The room we chose had a repair work and hence we were made to shift to 2 rooms instead. Shifting rooms both days was hectic. Not satisfied with the maintenance. Satisfied with rest of everything.

Good view, amazing service, friendly staff. Cannot be more satisfied with the staff experience, well mannered. Few cons, no food services, have to order from outside restaurants, road is narrow at the destination and AC is unavailable, quite hot in summer months.

Room cleanliness and washroom needs improvement and also amenities . However , the balcony offered a good view to relax
