Jiski vajy se aapko picup and drop WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie ki car krti hai aap khud bhi itni upar aap apni car drive nhi kr payege us road pr . And every time aapko WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie ki car se hi use krne pdegi .. and they have only one car so very time you have to have 10 to 15 min .. but problem rains mai hoti hai jab aap niche khde ho kr WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie mai jaane ke liye wait krte ho …2nd probelm. Executives room hi sirf premium lgta hai isley try to book executives room … baki sb room bhout phle ke hai isley bhout bekar lgta hai but bathroom is good ..maine supreme room book kiya tha .. and most important. Stafff is excellent. All staff member are excellent 100 out of 100 marks to staff they are very respectful and good human being

Coming to start of the day……breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of items, providing a satisfactory start to the day. While the variety was average, the quality of the food was generally good. The buffet featured standard breakfast fare, including cereals, fresh fruits, and a selection of hot dishes. However, the lack of pastries or unique or locally inspired options might leave some guests wanting more diversity. The presentation was neat, and the staff ensured that the items were well-stocked. Overall, it's a suitable choice for those looking for a convenient and adequate breakfast experience, but it may not stand out for those seeking a more gourmet or specialized morning dining experience.

We stayed in kasmanda from 20-23 june. The WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie is located very close to the library chowk, but is located at quite an elevated hill on mall road. Walking up to the WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie is difficult but they have provided a pick-up and drop off from mall road to WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie, which is good. Hotel has quiet ambience and has an awesome view for clicking photos. I would give breakfast a 7/10. Taste was ok and menu was limited. They can add some fresh fruit juices, dosa, uttapam etc in menu. The WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie did not had anything else like live music performance, good engagement things for kids overall rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Room service was good and food taste was good tood.

It is 300 mt from the mall road. It is situated up and WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie car will be provided for going to mall road free of cost till 10 o'clock in the night. Haired car will not be permissible to enter in mall road. Own car will be enter upon payment of rs 150/ to entry gate for every time. Same time it will also not possible as per discussion of authority. Your haired car will reach to library chowk only. Thereafter you have to take a porter from the said library chowk to enter point of kasmanda palace and call to kasmanda palace for lift, they will provide car to reach kasmanda palace. Room is very clean, beautifully decorated, all staffs are very good and overall an excellent stay but room charges and food charges are very costly.

This is an ancient palace that has been converted into a WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well lit. They have beautiful gardens, kids play area and a library. The WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie is located on the top of mall road, and the only drawback is that if you are coming by train or flight then the cab will drop you at the entrance of the mall road and you will have to walk for a stretch of about 400 m with your luggage after which the WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie cab will come and pick you up so it’s better to come by your own vehicle. Overall the stay was very comfortable, the staff was very polite and cooperative.

But though its in a chaotic zone the WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie is a beautiful heaven with so much of peace inside. The view from the WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie in beautiful. Food and service are good too. The restaurant staff all surbhi, pradeep and one more made us feel very comfortable and at home. The rooms are clean. Overall our stay was fantastic and surely if i visit mussorie again would love to stay at kasmanda palace. Its a 3 star property but maintained very nicely. The heritage feel of the property adds to more.

An excellent property for a good heritage experience. Rooms - rooms are big, spacious and well maintained. Wifi - wifi gets weak in the rooms. They should think of putting a repeater router food - breakfast was good. Restaurant serves good food. But there is scope for improvement staff - staff was very courteous and polite value for money - i feel the rooms are overpriced as per the facilities available. Rooms should hv some more facilities like mini fridge, iron-board with iron, fully subscribed dish tv overall experience was good. Suggestions - 1. Some fun activities should be planned for the guests 2. Garden can be better utilised

Located on the top of mall road. Yet quite a peaceful and quint place with a touch of royalty. If affordability is not an issue and you want a good staycation in mussoorie then choose this WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie without a doubt in the mind. We stayed there for 2days in the month of june. Our experience is quite good. Staffs are extremely polite. Good service and the ambience is amazing. With lot of greenery and beautiful mountain flowers. Very well maintained property with big rooms and a beautiful garden. Food is good and the amount served is perfect. They have cab service too for pickup and drop in the mall road.

Amazing WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie stayed in new block garden suite just so close to nature adjacent to there plush lawn filled with flowers and greens. Perfect combination of peace natural beauty and luxury. Staff was very helpful travel-ling with a toddler ans staff was too good. Young buys ayush and team. Service mr shoorveer were just very kind and helpful. Very well maintained property being a WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorieier myself cudnt ask for more basics all right and our room was perfect. Highly recommend for travellers looking for a break from city life.

The staff is impeccable, and the location is excellent, just above mall road near library chowk. They provide a cab service from mall road to the WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace Mussoorie. The food was also good. Just the amenities provided in the room don't meet the price charged.

Very beautiful building. Nice service our butler sughir was very polite and helpful dinner was amazing. Make sure to call the reception when you reach mussoorie as the place is located quite high and your car won’t go. Dinner is wonderful

Excellent property, rooms, service at Kasmanda Palace.

The property is beautiful. It is located right in the middle of the mall road but at a height (steep climb. They have a shuttle to pick and drop from mall road. They have a beautiful sit out area and lawn where you can spend time. Staff is polite, well mannered especially the drivers and survir who manages the dining. Breakfast has limited options but fresh and tasty. However rest of food requires improvement.

Location was best, hospitality was superb, stop was very humble and friendly. This property give you a different feel
