Zarim Hotel Manali (Near Mall Road)

The staff, food and service is really good. The room offers a nice view of the mountains. While the room quality is not that great since the hotel is pretty old but overall it is full value for money.

Overall experience was good, l will love to stay here next time. And also recommended to others .

Overall good ,. Staff behave good. Food taste excellent. Location 5 mins to mall road. Room service very fast. Very good Cleaning. Early check in and late check out ( allowed me without any fare . . I'll preferred this hotel in future and also recommend to my friends

One of the wonderful and approachable hotel to stay in Manali. Very much near to main Manali market and a very good accommodation with very polite and co-operative staff. Manager Kulvinder Singh is very friendly. We enjoyed a lot in hotel Zarim. The adjacent garden of hotel zarim is really amazing with full of flowers, swings, perfect idol conditions to enjoy sunshine.

The hotel is located near mall road and very convenient for shopping. Walkable distance to old Manali cafe's. The only problem was management, we reached hotel late night due to heavy traffic and had already informed hotel management about it twice still our rooms were not cleaned or prepared properly. Asked them to change bed sheet and blanket covers which they refused to do as it was late according to them. Food served was good in taste but kitchen only opens after 8. Thus missed out complementary and morning tea's as we had to visit Solang and other places and had to leave before 8 am

Not recommended with family stay.. Staff is not cooperative. No cleanliness. Lenin is dirty. Providing used and unwashed towels. Food is good. Location is not good. Rooms are not maintained properly. Services are not up to mark.

Smelly and unclean bed linen only plus was hot water. This was the only let down of my otherwise awesome trip. Rest of the hotel was OK except the room I was in with paint peeling off and cracks. Can't pen down any more disappointment.

Nothing Got disturb in night overall very bad experience with hotel. There is no lift in the hotel It was told at the time of booking that it is on mall road but it was far away There were many other options available which was much cheap

No proper room service and quality of food. Internet TV Bathrooms not at marked. After check-in time we further waited 2 HE then given small room for fresh. After that they given family suite. Very worst experience.

Hotel is good but not caring of property. Clearness is average and position bad. Next time I am think for stay in these type of hotel. I am giving only two star. I am going every month tour on approx 16 days in tour in Himachal pradesh.

It is near to mall road so was convenient. Staff was friendly nature... And cooperative... Provided needful assistance. Dinner was found few low standard.. Front view was beautiful.. Found some cleanliness issue. Conclusion is remain satisfactory.

Worst experience of my life. Toilet full of shit. Bed bugs. Thanks to MMT for changing the hotel. Its totally different from what is shown in the picture. MMT should remove this hotel from their list.

The rooms were clean. Location is also very nice. It is very near to the mall road and hadimba temple and club house. Our stay was just awesome. Food is also good. And the staff of the hotel is also helpful.

Not as good they charged like 4 star. But you Max time spent at outer not in hotel. So prefer only room as I preferred. I called in the evening for water bottle. And it wasn't come till next morning. So you can expect. Next your wish

Although room space was good enough but Bed was round shaped. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. Our sleep was disturbed completely. When contacted hotel manager to change our room, he simply ignored by saying that they will let us know if any room gets vacant. Apart from this, bedsheets was so dirty, blanket was torn ed of from sides, lights in room were dim, the toilet flow tank was leaking forcing us to turn of the tap. Then comes the checkout day, hotel staff is totally non cooperative.

Room was clean and the view from the room was also great. Location was excellent .. Since on one side you have Hidimba temple, Van Vihar and Club House while in the other side you have the mall, Tibetan colony, monastry etc. All of them at walking distance ... People at the hotel were extremely helpful ... All together a nice stay ...

Everything was fine but I believe you don't accept things to be fine when you're paying 2300 Rs per night. Their room was pretty well clean but services where they need to work because it's very casual.

Room are very nice and clean. Location of hotel is close to mall road. Service in hotel is also nice. Specially manager Mr. Balvinder is very polite and coopeartive. In short this hotel is worth and value for money.
