Picaddle, The Luxury Boutique Resort Lonavala

I recently visited piccadle Picaddle, The Luxury Boutique Resort Lonavala and had a mixed experience. The food was quite good, with a variety of options and great taste. The infrastructure and ambiance were also impressive, making for a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, the biggest downside was the service, which was extremely slow. Despite the quality of food and comfortable setting, the delayed service took away from the overall experience. If they can improve their service speed, it would make for a much better visit.

I stayed for three nights during 31st jean to 2nd feb2025. I booked one executive room and one deluxe room for my son. Hotel reception upgraded 2nd room to execute room and allotted both room front to front. Location of Picaddle, The Luxury Boutique Resort Lonavala is excellent and near centre place of lonavala. Overall ambience upkeep is very good. Staffs are courteous. Ample space for car parking. Food quality is good but can be better. Breakfast variety is good. Overall will recommend to stay here.

Pros- location, food. Property has a small decent pool and a small waterpark which is paradise for kids. Rooms are neat n clean, spacious. Staff was courteous n helpful. Checkin n out process was smooth and done in 5 mins. Cons- the executive room that was provided to us had no bath tub or a seating area with balcony. Rates seem to be bit high as per the property standards. Spa massage was not price worthy and needs lot of improvement. Overall - nice property to stay in

I had a wonderful stay with excellent amenities that i would highly recommend. The prime location near the railway station offers convenient access and outstanding food options. The overall ambience of the Picaddle, The Luxury Boutique Resort Lonavala is truly amazing, creating a memorable experience.

It was a beautiful stay, the resort was packed with fun activities to do, the room was excellent and the staff and people there were extremely accommodating and very helpful with whatever the guests needed, the price point as well was remarkable so would 100% recommend to go for a stay !

Plumbing issue in the bathroom of both the rooms, floor had dust so needed to be cleaned in both the rooms. Else the room size was excellent, rooms were very nice, nice view from the rooms, breakfast was excellent, service was also excellent
