Food is good services need improvement staff not supportive as previous all over price should be low as per facility they are providing if their cost is high then also they have to enhance their staff and facilities

The location of hotel was in the center of city the rooms were clean and comfy. Moreover the service was very good.

The room is small and clean. Too small to fit an extra mattress. A decent place to stay during MahaKumbh. It’s a bit far from the ghat. Nearer to sector 7 parking. Stayed in the hotel for less than an hour due to travel commitments

Worst experience, washroom is too smelly, room service is also worst. No parking area, you need to park your car on road

bahut hi bekar hotel hai...room k alawa kuch bhi acha nahi...service-0, staff aise treat karta hai...jaise kisi sarkari office aa gaye ho...aur ek cup chay k liye bhi application ki zarurat hai....so rude behaviour....sunate hi nhi....kuch bhi kaho... breakfast bhi bilkul bekar...bahut dukhi hua mai ish hotel m ruk kar....

Horrible experience, they even ddin't bothered to clean room if i am leaving the key and continuing stay, next day when i enter in the room it was exactly like as i leaved in morning in breakfast they denied for everything even they don't have fruits, eggs and a loo paratha. Only offered puri bhaji which was already prepared, offer tea but they forget to send cup with the tea kettle.

It is very good hotel, well maintained. The owner and staff is also very polite and professional. Also the location of the hotel is in a very decent locality which is a major concern for person travel-ling with family. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay and i recommend it to others as well. Thank you!

The experience of my stay was terrible. From ac water is liking in between my bath gyger stopped working i was forced to take both cold water please help me to get my payment returned.

It is a new hotel, the staffs are inexperienced and services are slow, but they are cooperative and i had an average experience during my stay.
