Pilibhit House, Haridwar - IHCL SeleQtions

We stayed for one night at pilibhit house on 11 th september 2022 and it was a wonderful experience. The grand welcome that wows you and the smiling faces of the staff that welcomes you to pilibhit is something one can never forget. We got an upgrade of our room to a bigger room and must say it was a spectacular view of ganga maiya from the room. The room itself was sparkling clean at each corner. The welcome treats were also great. The evening high tea then dinner were all very special. We had garhwal thali and raw banana poshto and some starters for dinner which was recommended by the staff sagar, who explained in detail about each item that was in the thali. Definitely a must try. The chef personally came and checked if we were enjoying our dinner. Then spl mention of garima who kept on checking if we were enjoying our food. The morning buffet breakfast was beyond words. There were varieties of juices, some, ayurvedic ones, i never had before and food has so many varieties that i think that itself will take a page. Their private ghat where one can have ganga snaan without the hustle and bustle was a wonderful experience. The evening aarti at their ghat was a unique experience. The front desk staff (a few names that i remember hemant, anshika, preet ) were all very friendly and helpful. The morning walk with aravind negi along ganga gave an insight on the riverside buildings and its surroundings. We also took a guided temple tour from there along with mr. Gautam which was also worth mentioning. Overall the hospitality was beyond expectations and worth every penny that we paid.

From the moment we set our foot inside on 7th Jan till we checked out on 10th Jan it was 10 folds of what we planned it and choose the property. The attention and attentivness that we got from the property ambassadors "Staff" made us feel so humbled and full of generosity. I specially want to make shout out for Dev Malya the Propert manager for the way he not only treats the guests but also his Team, just fell in love with the way he calls every one beta when ever comes to him for any help. Keep up the great attitude it's motivating even for the guests like me too. Again want to Thank you Dev and team for the special surprise you had arranged on my Wifes Birthday. When you mentioned about the special arrangement you just took my wishes from my heart and gave it a physical appearance. The Property is just a bliss to be at, the view, hygiene, room/property maintainance, restaurant, food and customised routine with options for guests. It is worth every penny. We went there to celebrate our 1st marriage anniversary and we were spellbound by the excellent services and top notch quality of this Pilibhit House, Haridwar - IHCL SeleQtions. From a grand welcome along with special welcome drink to the fabulous view of the river ganga, everything was so perfect. The quality of interior design in the lobby, the spread of flowers, floral designs and a pretty suite - everything was so perfect. They have the largest private bathing ghat for the customary dip. They also do a private ganga aarti in the evening. Not to forget jiva spa - it was such a relaxing experience that we almost slept during the therapy. Overall, we recommend to visit this Pilibhit House, Haridwar - IHCL SeleQtions and experience a different haridwar altogether.

I wanted an exclusive and spiritual trip for my elderly mother and pilibhit house team went beyond their ways to make us feel comfortable and special. From personalised bday celebration to exclusive ganga arti and ganga bath at their private ghat, this place is magical and we felt so welcomed and at home. It’s a 7/5 stars for its servicing as the staff is amazing, special mention to preet ji, who was extremely kind and the entire team was just fabulous ! great job guys ! looking forward to my next visit soon ! if you are someone who’s looking for a spiritual abode, this place is perfect !

This property is the best one, in haridwaar. Starting from welcome, ambiance, cleanliness, staff cooperation and food, everything was awesome. Staff of all level, was very cooperative and ready to help. Food was pure vegetarian, with ample of variety and palatable. Ganga ghat was quite clean with facility of towels. Swimming pool although a smaller one, still sufficient for such small Pilibhit House, Haridwar - IHCL SeleQtions. Overall experience was very nice. The only negative point is it’s costing, which is 30-40 percent higher.

They had a welcome ritual for us, offered us welcome drinks, and everyone came to greet us which we really admired. The check-in was super quick. Since we arrived in the evening, we were not charged for any food orders we placed..They have activities too like yoga, Ganga walk, etc. We couldn’t join those as we had little time on our hands. The staff is really hospitable and welcoming. Whilst checking out, they gave us return gifts and dahi cheeni for our safe journey. We really loved our stay and would like to visit again SOON…

Firstly the property is immensely beautiful and the vibe is extremely serene and divine. The staff is too courteous and takes proper care of all your needs. Their hospitality is at par excellence. Rooms are extremely beautiful and spacious. Food quality is good & tasty and buffet spread is also nice. Overall a very soothing and pleasant experience staying here at pilibhit house and staying at this property gives a serene outlook to the holy place of haridwar. Must stay at this place!

The Pilibhit House, Haridwar - IHCL SeleQtions is very very beautiful. All the rooms and areas are very beautifully maintained. Staff are very hardworking, courteous and well trained.Food is very delicious and the Chef is truly wonderful. We had booked this Pilibhit House, Haridwar - IHCL SeleQtions as it was right on the banks of river ganga and our goal was just to visit haridwar and dip in the ganges. As expected, the Pilibhit House, Haridwar - IHCL SeleQtions staff was very warm and welcoming, we had a wonderful experience at the property.

Very nice property. Great environment, nice rooms, food was delicious, great hospitality. Best part is that they have private ghat for holy dip in ganga. It’s expensive but valued.

Amazing stay. Warmth of yamlal right from greeting us in the front door, seem a during check in, arushi and vivek during stay is noteworthy. The entire staff was exceptional. Well done. Will definitely make it a point to stay at pilibhit house next time when i am in haridwar.
