Clean and Comfortable rooms and convenient location .Breakfast was also decent .There is a help for any kind of services .Two elevators in the building .Will visit again .

Amazing apartment , helpful staff ,room good as per paid amount .Description clearly mentioned so no issues with the size of the room .Great location .cabs easily available .would visit it again The apartment was exactly as described, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all my requests.

They have changed our apartment while reaching there saying that we our Pinaki is full

Room size is not a same as shown in picture, no cleaning no good services, waste of money

no any service and no any facilities in room

care takers are bad , keep shouting whole night, no water n service, internet irregular..unhygienic

My stay was short but i was told that there is a car parking available but when i reached at the property i found it that there was no parking available inf-act the property owners car was parked in the parking there is no parking available for the guest so before going if you have a car then think about it twice the society watchman told me there is no parking for guests available in the society other wise the cleanliness was fine hosts was also good no. Complain about the host

It's a good place to spend a night for emergency. Absolutely average. It's in a building on 7th floor. Not really a hotel. It's like a rented bedroom in a family house. And the staff is least bothered about anything. All they repeat is "hum ya-hi bihar sot hai. Aapk dekhlo kaya katna hai. Hume kuch nah i pata" it's embarrassing how they are just not interested in serving. Also, i found underwear in the bathroom. It's not a place i would recommend

I stay at pinaki comfort stay for a couple nights during my business trip to mumbai this time. The amenities inside the room are adequate and the location is very good for a business trip.

Stay was nice. I opted for date change(one day)by selecting change date option, and i didn't get a single rupee return and lost entire amount. I paid full amount for two days for a single day stay. Request your consideration.
