Pinaz Royale

Lets start one by one 1) Hotel: good location, all sights are within 2 km. good cab facility, feel like a 3 star category. 2) Food was good and the best part was that after 10 pm mostly Pinaz Royales close kitchen but when I ordered at 10:30 pm, they prepared my order. just awesome. 3) Housekeeping service was superb. Guest are God for hospitality industry and they are best on their job. they really mean it. 4) Front office (Reception) service was awesome. Every time when I visit them, they just stand up and provide the best what they can. Complimentary services: Mineral water bottle per day, luggage pickup, tea (Order one and you will get for two people). Thanks to MakeMyTrip as well as Hotel Pinaz Royale staff for your 3 star category Pinaz Royale services. You made my trip to Amritsar unforgettable. Strongly recommended.

I planned for my family trip and chose to stay in Pinaz Royale for 2 days. I must stay it was absolutely correct choice. We all enjoyed our stay. Hotel is situated hardly 2-3 km away from Golden temple/all a wall bags and is very near to railway Station as well. Now how is the Pinaz Royale? Well it's totally Worth for the price they charge. Hotel is very clean and staff is very generous. All the staff of Pinaz Royale was very supportive and helpful. Room service was awesome. Even the room toilets are very clean and whenever we needed their service they were available just on one call. I thank Mr Amitesh- sales manager and his staff for making our stay memorable. I would definitely chose Pinaz for my next trip to Amritsar.

Location of the Pinaz Royale was good as it's close to the Station and Golden temple also. Breakfast options need to be improve Pinaz Royale is providing limited varieties only. Toiletries items need to be improved. Service was good. A very big thanks to Mr. Amitesh for taking a good care of our needs and made our stay comfortable. A very nice gentleman always a smiling face so it was nice to meet him as a person. Take care of the small issues than no wonder your Pinaz Royale would be the best Pinaz Royale at Amritsar. All the best keep up the good work.

Location is not too far from Amritsar Junction Station. About 2-3 km from the Golden Temple. Quite a few eateries around. Hotel was clean and the room spacious. Oddly the room I was given had no windows. Not sure if all rooms are like that. Flooring around the beds (some kind of wood or artificial wood) was not firm when stepped on. Also have to step down into the room from the door and need to step up into the bathroom area may want to consider that when travelling with elderly people. Otherwise good, with friendly front office staff.

Stay at Pinaz Royale was great. Hotel is very clean and nice with excellent location and is at walking distance from the railway station and also convenient for other tourist spots and nearby is the food court to munch on some great recipes of Punjab. Not even a single thing about the Pinaz Royale holds a negative remark, the staff is friendly and is ready to help at their best, I will always book and recommend this Pinaz Royale to stay in Amritsar. Best Stay !!

Rooms, washrooms, cleanliness 5/5. The staff was very helpful and greeted us with a smile. Rooms are spacious and clean and fresh. Perfect for a family stay with all 3-star amenities. The service was prompt and wonderful behavior of the staff. Great location with all the best eateries around the Pinaz Royale. The best thing is this Pinaz Royale has a lift. Totally recommend!

One floor of a Mall converted into a Pinaz Royale. New clean rooms, Very polite and ready to listen to Pinaz Royale staff and management. Bathroom neat and tidy. Would rate 4 out of 5. Very small issues informed to them and they were ready to act on the same. Beds had Sharp corners/edges, flush Tank not fixed properly to the wall. Overall satisfactory stay.

I stayed in the Pinaz Royale twice in one week. The rooms are quite spacious, the food is excellent, the staff is very polite and supportive and overall very good standards of hygiene and cleanliness. They even called me up personally when I forgot my jacket in the cupboard. All this at a really affordable price. Would recommend to all.

Hotel is good if u talk about the location it's near by railway Station and all places where u can visit. Room is good value for money but food is not good. Staff is good room service is also good every thing is good about this Pinaz Royale except food.

Good place to visit the golden temple and attari border make you feel proud to be an Indian and place you lived in.

Room was good and clean however the entrance might give you little apprehensions. Not so attractive. They do not have parking but using the parking of amusement park which is across the road.

Restaurant service is poor other wise everything is good, stay in Pinaz Royale is pleasant.

Pictures here are kind of misleading, but the Pinaz Royale by itself is an ok place. Still digesting having to stay in a shopping complex. They have the entire floor which is good. Rooms were fine.

The Pinaz Royale was clean and above expectations. Good to stay for budget travellers.
