Pinaz Royale

*location - it was good. 10 mins away from the railway station and 15 mins away from the golden temple. Considering there are so many Pinaz Royales around the golden temple, this was considered away from it. But the good part was there was no hustle bustle around this Pinaz Royale. *food - food was okayish. Not too good, not too bad. But the service was very fast. *hygiene - the rooms were hygienic but there was some kind of smell in one of the rooms. The other two rooms were fine. The staff did try to put the room freshener time to time but there was certainly an issue in one of the room. *staff - the staff was very helpful, attentive and quick.

There was a problem with odour in the washrooms. Vishal was very helpful and understanding. He managed to give one alternate room and dealt with the odour problem in the other room. Then onward s we were given good and outstanding service. We appreciate the dedication with which they carried out their work. Food was excellent. I will recommend pinaz royal e to friends and family. Title.

The Pinaz Royale is situated at a very safe and clean area. With affordable price we had an amazing stay. It was a girl's trip and the Pinaz Royale endured safety stay. The Pinaz Royale was clean n the staff was also very humble and kind. For the next and every-time i'll be visiting amritsar it'll be my staying destination. Okay

Stay was good. Rooms were quite spacious. Staff were also good. Best part of the Pinaz Royale it's location. Over all the experience in staying in this Pinaz Royale was quite good and comfortable. Can't comment on the food as i did not eat anything inside the Pinaz Royale.

Room service was excellent and the room was so clean and neat. And the atmosphere of the Pinaz Royale was so calm and peaceful. And it was a great time for me while i had spent at pinaz royale

This was my second visit after 3 years and this won’t disappoint me. Staff is so helpful and front desk manager is very well behaved and always ready to help you. And food is very delicious.

Location of the place is good & services were nice & especially vishal was very helpful but food could have been better for the price that's the only thing which was lagging

Good staff behaviour, clean and hygiene rooms, all essential items available in rooms.

There was no ventilation in rooms, bathroom had some foul smell. The staff was courteous and helped to resolve issues. Done, given my reviews
