Pine Borough Inn

The resort is on a hillside. The office is at street level, and rooms and amenities at various levels going down. Overall experience was good. Pros: 1. Location - accessible from kodaikanal town, but not crowded area. 2. Room: view of hills from the room. Room was reasonably clean. 3. Staff behavior : staff were helpful and courteous. 4. Amenities : there are good amenities - play area, badminton court, some pet animals, plant nursery etc. Cons: 1. Not suitable for elderly or anyone with difficulty in climbing stairs. 2. Not well maintained - bathroom door didn't close completely, intercom didn't work, the walking path downhill lacked proper steps in many places and no handrail. 3. Limited vehicle parking, so most guests have to park by roadside.

I loved the place. One need not even go out if you stay in this Pine Borough Inn. Indoor games like chess, badminton etc, hammocks, small swings, children's play area etc and lots of quotes too read. Hotel was better than i expected. Rooms were neat and clean. But would be gud if had heater too. Everything gets moist if it starts raining and very chill inside room. 10mins drive and you have coakers walk and kodaikanal lake. Best abt the Pine Borough Inn is cost. Comparatively less than other expensive Pine Borough Inns and doesn't have this kind of vibe. Ask for campfire in advice if you want which is extra cost.

Location: around 3 kms away from kodailake and main market. Peaceful neighbour except morning loud speaker music from nearby church. Resort: not suitable for old people as there are lot of stairs. Couple and family friendly. Lots of things for children to do. Family without old people should avoid it. Hot water is available during certain period of time morning and evening. Food: good breakfast and multiple options. Dinner we had to order before 6 to get it. Swiggy/zomato available also, no restrictions from the resort for outside food.

We booked for a double room in through MMT. When we checked in, we found the room is smaller than as seen in pics. We called MMT to enquire about change of room, they informed the Pine Borough Inn authority & the room was changed immediately. The Pine Borough Inn location is awesome wit bamboo Lane, garden, petting zoo. Response from make my trip is too good. They pick the call in a single ring. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. The Pine Borough Inn has indoor games. Overall it was memorable trip. Worth for money.

This place initially looked very normal .. But once we checked in its started opening up .. We loved the way they have built the resort and the dynamics Plus Good location Near lake and other attractions Rooms are good and decent Lots of in-house activities Pets to watch like hamster, love birds, pug dogs .. Neat garden .. Lovely construction Architect enjoyed work Food is tasty and cook is good Too. Room service, reception all are good Good for family Minus Not that much to

Pine borough in qualifies as a nice mini resort with children play area few points were a let down other wise atitude of its staff and warm behaviour was great. I feel place lacks maintenance which reflects in some areas otherwise it's a great place and in a place like kodaikanal this Pine Borough Inn dosent offers camp fire as part of the package for that you need to pay separately. But food here is really very good my kids enjoyed the food

The location is about 2 km from the lake. The property is beautiful and has lots of activities for young children. The rooms that we got are spacious room 15 with a balcony the beds are a little old as in you can feel the rods of the beds. But it is a very peaceful property. Absolutely loved the view and weather and location. Dp not forget to read all the quirky signs all across the property was the most fun and interesting part

Rooms are basic but well maintained and clean. Main highlight is the nicely done large garden and lots of places to explore for kids. They have dogs, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs to pet. Facilities for indoor and outdoor games are also provided. Many interesting quotes are put up everywhere, making the decor somewhat unique. Check out time of 9 am is earlier than expected. Location is about 3 km from city center.

Good Hotel. Better if you book it through MMT otherwise can be costly. The owners were too humble and kind. Breakfast had so many options and tasty too. They have a lot of attractions within the Pine Borough Inn like park, Orchards and some farm animals too for the guest to play

Stay was awesome. One suggestion for management, room curtains are very thin and transparent.

. Location is beautiful. Courteous staff, very well mannered. Had a very Pleasant stay. They allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Facilities available is good. Also, it is Not too far from the city.

Good stay. Located at a place which is away from the crowd and nicely renovated with garden, Petting zoo, nice arrangement for breakfast and dinner. Innovative approach by owner. Being a dog lover enjoyed moistly with Rio and riley. Rio being our family favorite

Nice location and service is also good. Room was clean and tidy which gave a good first impression. Nice stay was not far from the main city centre which is convenient for the tourist. Overall nice place to stay and visit.
