We stayed with family for 2 nights at this Pine Palace Platinum. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. This Pine Palace Platinum is at walking distance from the gondola but there are no shops nearby so bring all your necessary things with you. Good view of the mountains from the Pine Palace Platinum.

The Pine Palace Platinum is centrally heated. Bathroom have 24 hours heated water supply. They also provide heating bed rooms are also very clean the service is fabulous. Staff is extremely polite they respond for your queries very quickly and the food is also very yummy. Hotel is very helpful.

Rooms were clean, well maintained. Food was very tasty and staff was very helpful as i was a solo traveler to gulmarg. They also arrange ski lessons for the guests which i did not avail of but would love to try in my next visit.
