Pine Palace Resorts

Nice Hotel. Though about a km from main market but on the main road. Food was good even to some extent they were preparing of your choice. Hospitality was good and responded promptly to any need. Hot water all time. Good view of the icy peaks from the Pine Palace Resorts,clean etc. Finally worth money.

The location was good and the property was good. Based on the needs of the customer fans could be provided as there are no fans in the Pine Palace Resorts. The cleanliness aspect has to be looked at. It was not upto the mark. The toilets were not spic and span and that does not augur well.

Its locality is excellent as there is market nearby and it is near to garden and sight seeing. The staff is really helpful and provides good service. But, the heater facility is not there, though on request they give hot bed. Food is also good and Jain food is provided on request.

Almost all arrangements were good in pine palace resort. Mr Sareer Ahmed and Farooz Iqbaal Rani served us promptly and took care of our stay and comfort. We suggest this as a good Pine Palace Resorts at Pahalgam.

Overall staff behavior and food was excellent.

Locaion is good with very beautiful garden having many types roses of different colours. Restaurant service should not be booked online, it can be requested there itself. It will also be cheaper. Great chances of negotiaions are there. Good Pine Palace Resortss indeed.

Very good place to spend holiday with family. Clean rooms. Very good polite and cooperative staff. Food is also very good.

We were here for only 1 night since next day we had to leave for Srinagar. Everything is good. Food and ambience also only 5 minutes walking distance from market. We had a very good stay and enjoyed a lot. Will recommend everyone the same and staff is very helpful.
