Pine Tree Signature

The Pine Tree Signature is ideally located at the velachery road junction on the adyar-guindy road. Stayed for a night only. The room size is just adequate for the queen size bed and a chair. Could have been a little bigger. But it is cosy. Cleanliness of the room and toilet is decent. Complementary water bottle, toffee and bath towel with toilet kit are kept. However, the glaring omission is the absence of kettle and tea/coffee sachets. It gives a feel of incompleteness.

Very good location. Room is kept neat and clean. Staff are very polite and disciplined. Room service is good. Reasonable price with all facilities like hot water , TV, Wi-Fi etc. Overall experience is very nice.

Stayed overnight. So did not have food. Well maintained room. Small miss was broken soap stand in bathroom. Had a comfortable stay. Location is on main road and there is a grocery market nearby

Clean room good staff decent breakfast only negative is the location. It is in a busy junction and throughout the noise of vehicles and honking. Can't sleep at all till 2 am

Good Pine Tree Signature without dining though they arrange breakfast from outside. The property is situated in a bustling area and well connected to the city.

Comfortable modern compact stay for business travellers. Sufficient and basic for good night sleep. Staff can be a bit more friendly, they do help through.

The rooms were pretty decent and the service was good situated near the main road so, a bit noisy and the downside is they don't have a resto inside

Rooms are clean. But bathroom is too small n conjusted. Also, even-though they say free wifi, it's not accessed due to network issues.
