Pine Wood | 2 BHK Apartment

The apartment is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. The caretaker is also courteous. The views from the room and lobby are gorgeous. Kitchen also has all the amenities you need. We traveled with our 4 years daughter so we needed a functional kitchen. However, the only drawback is it is a little far from the Mall Road by foot. But you can always heir scooters to go down. Rest it was a comfortable and very memorable stay.

Stay at property was good but approach to property is very difficult.

Our stay was very good, we really enjoyed our holidays in this 2bhk apartment, very beautiful view of lake from gallery. Really amazing location!

The property itself is amazing. You should go to this place roamhouse if you want to get away from the hustle of the urban city. The view is amazing from all the rooms facing the nainital lake. The place is soooo quiet and serene, something we have almost forgotten in our daily lives. It's not very far from the mall road. Takes about 7-8mins via car. The air is clean and pristine. You can also spot monkeys and langurs on the trees nearby; my advise don't feed them or they will keep revisiting you through out your stay. All in all an amazing experience.

They mentioned just a 4-5 minute walk from the lake, but it actually took around 30-40 minutes to get there by foot. They also charged extra for a cab or car ride to the hotel, and there weren't any nearby amenities. Food was expensive, and the rooms were dirty, with big spiders and smelly bathrooms. They also asked for aadhar card details over whatsapp, which is not safe.

Rana ji was prompt in helping however i was to book the hotel for the next day but there was no prompt reply from the manager. We wasted our entire day and than we had to check out waiting for it. Very hopeless.

The amenities shown by make my trip were not offered at the hotel. The distance of the hotel shown from naini lake was more than what was written.

Every thing is ok, however please consider : 1 pick up pick drop shuttle for mall road 2 stay arrangement for driver is not ok

Could not find a more comfortable stay as this one in nainital, go for this blindfolded! Laxman bhaiya (Caretaker) was very friendly so were the property managers they guided us with whatever needed! The location is on Birla road which is a little steep, but its worth it! It was a home experience on the hills😃

This a lil away from the chaos yet the view is of the lake. It is a clean and spacious property. Our stay was short but great. The host n care taker were also supportive. Tiny issue was check-in time as it got delayed. Nevertheless, it was t great experience.

It was comfortable stay, and the facility of chef at nominal rate was different experience. We enjoyed home food due to caretaker coming and preparing the food in kitchen

Bed sheet and quilts were not clean. Towels were not changed everyday. Care taker had left for his house. You should write old grove to find the location. All taps shaky. Not value for money. Any way god bless them

Overall wonderful experience staying at pine wood apartment. The staff was supportive and the apartment was clean. Recommended for future stays in nainital.

The actual name is old grove & not pinewood. Stay at this apartment style accomodation was beautiful & worth it. The old british style decor and beautifully designed 2bhk rooms with everything equipped from kitchen essentials to bathroom & bed essentials. The best part was the view from the apartments.
