The food was tasty and service was very good. Very clean and Nice rooms. Have absolutely no complaints.

There shd be 24 hours room service . Reception area shd be more beautiful. With good sofas. Breakfast shd hv butter milk & lemon juice.

location is good .But food if u ordered 2 cup of coffee you will get after 2 hours. That kind of bad service you will get.

Food : average quality, non veg food not good veg food is average. Property: Rooms are stinky. Specially bathrooms. No attendent to carry bags/ see off to the room. MMT price was INR 700 higher than the direct booking from the reception. Complete loss due to mmt booking.

Even though property is at the centre, one will find it difficult to reach with a car and it is one way. Rooms are below average with unhygienic bedsheets. I could feel the smell. Not worthy for the price as I stayed for 2 days. Next day I shifted to SAHANA hotel, comparatively less price and hygienic.

Property located in centre of town l. Stay was excellent and room was neat and clean.

Not upto the mark for the rate they are charging. I had only an average experience, nothing extra ordinary as the hotel is claiming that its 4 star. The breakfast buffet which was arranged in the restaurant was horrible. Guest were waiting in the que at least to get one item. very pathetic. The hotel is facing to the main road and the facilities were average, similar to a 2 star hotel.Though they are claiming that the hotel is 4 star, I am giving 2 star only.

This was our second time stay at Pioneer Grand Palace. The room was neat ,beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. The speed of room service needs to be improved as they take time for special requests. The room service F&B prices are quite high, so we ordered from restaurants outside through ecomm platforms. Highly recommended for a short stay in Nagercoil.

Property was not clean. Bathroom was also unclean. Not enough lighting in the corridors. Not worth the cost.

The rooms were average and not very impressive. I ordered dinner through room service, and it was honestly a terrible experience. The food quality was really bad, and to make things worse, they sent the wrong order. Overall, not worth the money.

Clean, big room and comfortable bed. Bathroom maintenance can be better. Can revisit next time as well.

Staff and admin people are so excited when they arrive at the hotel and the approach is excellent when talk about room service neet and knees

The cleaniness of the place was not up to the mark. Washrooms were not clean, especially the pot.

Poor wi-fi and internet connection. Tv does not work. Not worth the money the hotel is charging. Room is otherwise okay and spacious

My stay at the hotel was ordinary and I can't believe it is a 3 star property. Hotel management charged an enormous amount of INR 1900 for early check in of two hours only. The cost of a night stay was not at all worth what the hotel is charging. For breakfast, there were not enough options. my parents and I were totally deceived by being charged a hefty amount and not having good services

Food was average, staff was very good and kind. But the rooms had mosquitos. Overall experience was average maintenance can be made better
