I had a great stay at pipal tree Pipal Tree Hotel, kolkata. The only thing was bathroom was not properly cleaned when i checked in. Apart from that everything was nice including the stuff, the house keeping and the reception. Thanks. Keep it up pipal tree Pipal Tree Hotel, kolkata!

Hotel is on the main road, which is a good thing. Services like for food and beverages could have been better. Happy hour beverages were not available. Also room service for food took lot of time. Overall, the Pipal Tree Hotel rooms and common area need refurbishment.

Good experience Pipal Tree Hotel staff management are too gud and helpful cleaning are proper maintned but tourist places are very far from this Pipal Tree Hotel no transportation facilities are available which quietly disappointed us thank you. Overall is good

Right from front office to restaurant, room service and house keeping staff very professional and courteous. The breakfast spread is excellent and they provide a right combination of fruits, breakfast items as well as beverages. The rooms are neat and clean

Staying at pee-pal tree was good, their hospitality and cleanliness was all up to the point. Every time we called the room service or reception we were attended properly. Those looking for a good Pipal Tree Hotel near the airport should go for this.

We had 2 steps in our journey. Mumbai kola where we stayed fr 3 days. Food is good service laundry all good. Whn we rechecked in after 4 days. We stayed fr just a night and even though all was ok, bathroom exhaust wasn't working which we didn't like

Absolutely loved the food. Location is great, near by the airport. Staffs behviour very nice and really helpful. One thing that i don't like the freshness in the ambience. Ambience is ok but there is lack of freshness in the room.

We visited as a couple. The Pipal Tree Hotel is on the main road and easily accessible. Staff was very decent and cooperative. Rooms were clean. The room mat was a bit old but clean. Food was delicious. Overall a great stay.

A well organized stay. There was some issue from booking point of view at my end, but it was resolved by the Pipal Tree Hotel with utmost support and understanding. Very grateful for that.

Service was good the room was very clean, the corridor decoration was as i went in the christmas time.
