Pitruchaya- Ocean View Huts - by Vyom Trails.

First time when we check in i was very tired to reach the roomsnd the room they given was terrible. When i went to bathroom the closet was full of poop. They didnt even clean the room. Came even the people who run this dont give any attention for this property. There was no soap, no shampoo, no towel. When i ask for that very lazily they gave that and asked to use shampoo as soap. Better stay away from these kind of hidden properties

I'd arrived nearby the properti at the midnight,but no one attended my phonecalls!! me and my family frightened and suffered, finally someone arranged another room for us. I've loss my money for booking this property!!

This was a great stay. you have to walk a bit almost 15 mins to reach here. There's no AC just FYI. The view is amazing. it's a typically beach hut. amazing service. shiva bhai was great. everything was available. I will be booking this property again for longer.

The location of the stay was immaculate, they have an average room with one bed and washroom, all the needful things will be available nearby you.

The stay location was so good. But the bad part was the quality of the bedsheet and bedspread. We really suffered without sleep because of the cold weather. No dustbin inside the room.

We need to call the manager to get the proper location, and he guides us, which was helpful to get the exact location. There's no food available at the property. No hot water to bath. Otherwise, the location is beautiful.

it was too expensive there was no such service by owner, not good.

Terrible experience, toilet is broken, there are no toiletries, no blanket nothing to expect. The worst part is that car can not take you have to take a long walk with your luggage. Never ever book this place

to start with property's location it's a little bit far from mainland arambol, hotel don't provide food. For service they have room with awesome view ceiling fan and clean bathroom. I would say to people who want to get away from city life and be happy and alone for sometimes should must visit here ac is absolutely not required. as per the picture of hotel, they are exactly as shown by property owner. No false promises. As a person who prefer some alone time from the busy world must visit here. good staff and highly recommend. I enjoyed my stay and I am happy. 😁

Amazing view at unmatchable prices, no air conditioning but still the fan did the job. Plus steps to get down right at beach. The beach is like just 5 steps outside your room

We stayed for 2 nights it was good. Dont expect any service from them expect towel and bed sheet. Hut was neat and clean with 1 light and 1 fan. It’s exactly infront of the ocean. So you can enjoy waves sound overnight.

Superb view but it's too far from main road, very affordable rooms clean and neat but no hot water facility and no network and no proper map to reach there better ask sweet lake instead of this resort name

It was good experience and love the view from the stay. The location is nice and property is located in the good area.

The place was very good it was soo nice i was very happy the staff was very polite. Inspite of being on the beach side the place was very cool the rooms had proper ventilation n the service was very quick

There were rats coming several times at night, it had bit few clothes. I lost few thousands because of this. There were dogs barking many times at night. The night was just sleepless trying to chase the rats and dogs. The cottage is located about 100meters away from the closest parking area, even two wheeler can't approach the cottages. There are plenty of cottages in this part of the beach with similar situation. The luggage has to be carried by self and none of the staff from cottage will help. This point wasn't mentioned anywhere, or else I wouldn't have booked at all. The cottage is at one end of the arambol beach, right in front. I wanted that view, hence I booked this cottage for a different experience and I knew there we no AC. Hence, I booked this cottage. The owner can't do anything about the dogs, but atleast the rat problem and some staff to carry the luggage to and fro can be taken care of.

Location is good. But hospitality is poor since nobody will enquirer about your stay or anything we are in required of. They won’t provide drinking water at all. No car parking available.

Wonderful place to stay right in front of beach. Good care taker only thing is there is no restaurant of good service. But there are plenty of pubs around.
