The property is very near to kumili town. The facilities are excellent and the room is spacious, clean and perfect. The bed sheets linen and all facilities offered are clean and neat. The wash rooms are of 3-star standards and are very spacious than normal 3-star wash rooms. Overall it was a perfect calm stay. Really enjoyed the stay.

The stay is just 500 m away from kumily bus stand. So it is very easy to access the town. The only issue regarding the location is it is like a remote or colony area. Regarding the food they will provide the breakfast if we want. It will cost extra. And also there PKN Homestays in the town. So having food is not a matter.

This is a nice place to stay, owner santhosh sir is very helpful and a guide to the nearest places and arranges sight seeing also. He is a very calm and nice person. The stay is also very similar, like a home, less of a crowd, wide room and neat and tidy, well maintained family or solo is a nice place to stay.

Rooms are vey neat and spacious. Staff are very friendly and responding immediately for all request. Excellent package at this price. Alcohol not allowed in this premises so it recommended for family with child. Bathroom and toilets are very clean and hygiene. Foods are very tasty and provided with best price.

We stayed in this home stay. the landlord stays in the ground floor and the rooms are in the first floor. He was kind enough to help us in times of any need.Car parking is available. Hot water is also available. However we felt the TV size was small but that’s not an issue at all.

Rooms are great for family, clean & spacious rooms and bathrooms like 3star / 5 star range at this price. Morning food will arrange by them fantastic & tasty food. Vehicle parking also available. Hot water also available 24hrs. Overall superb stay for family

The location was safe and peaceful. The room was comfortable and spacious with all modern amenities. The staff was very cooperative, friendly and helpful as well. Though it takes a bit of time to find the property. Must recommend the property to others.

Very nice property except location is lit-tile bit off side. Owner was supportive and attending guests. Language problem to talk with owner. But overall happy with booking this property. We recommend this and give 8 star out of 10.

Good, clean rooms with ample space. 5 minutes from the ksrtc bus stand and pretty close to periyar ticket counter. Very well mannered and courteous owners.

Location of the property was easy to reach and rooms were very comfortable to stay. The cleanliness and facilities were good and caretaker was cooperative. The food was also tasty. It is a great property for the recommendation.

It's too difficult to find this property as there is no name board available there. Mm t map location is also not accurate. Property owners are supportive.
