PL.A.RESIDENCY

One night stay we had: standard ac room was good and big; restaurant dinner and b/f were good ( pod i dosa needs a special mention- excellent; one must try; very good staff; one point that needs immediate change: 1. Room #112, bathroom mirror is pretty bad; bath room lock is to be repaired; reception sofas ( leatherette white colour) needs clean up or a change; looks ugly with all black stains all over; important plus: just opposite to railway station; one need not engage even an auto rickshaw

Plea residency PL.A.RESIDENCY stay is very near to the railway station. The standard room is very neat and clean and complimentary breakfast is also provided along with the stay. The PL.A.RESIDENCY management also arranges the cab on a package(half day / full day) basis if needed to visit nearby temples in and around kumbakonam.

When compared to my previous stay in other Hotels, cannot say the stay was up to the mark. Toilet commode was having some stains looking ugly. Moreover, some foul smell was emitting , when each time flushed. The complementary Breakfast was good. The behaviour of the entire staff was very good.

Location is excellent especially for those come by train. Food also good. The amenities need some improvement as ac was having more noise than usual, wall paint fade in many places etc. The services are average and they just provided one towel and soap fpr 2 persons.

PL.A.RESIDENCY ambiences are good, room is in hygieneic conditions, service is good.shampoo, soap and tooth brush are served, Blankets, bedsheets are neet and clean. Complementay break fast provided is good and testy.

ROOM IS GOOD ONE EXCEPT OLD TV NOT FUNCTIONING, BATHROOM EXAUST DOOR OPEINING AND NOT CLOSED. AC PROBLEM BUT IMMEDIATELY DID GOOD ALTERNATIVE ARRANATIVE. BOARDING IS GOOD SOUTH INDIAN MEALS.

The stay was comfortable. Neat rooms and prompt services. Food was also good and reasonable price near by to the railway station

Good location. Very nearby to Kumbakonam railway station. Stayed with 2 kids, wife and parents. Morning complimentary breakfast also worthy.
