PL.A.RESIDENCY

Have booked my three-night stay at Pl. A Residency, without having any prior information about the PL.A.RESIDENCY. But found to be lucky enough to opt for it. From check-in the staffs were courteous and care giving. Front office executive has upgraded my reservation to deluxe category, so enjoyed the spacious room. The linens and bedsheets were neat, washrooms are clean and hygienic. Room temperature was good and A/c functioned well. Buffet breakfast served with reasonable spread, but food taste was excellent. Overall enjoyed my stay. Thanks to MakeMyTrip.

I had booked a standard AC room which was not available when I checked in. The room was immediately upgraded to deluxe room. I was also given 4 hours extended stay for check-out. Efficient and cooperative staff in restaurant, room service, reception etc. Breakfast and meals were quite good. Spacious room well maintained with good air conditioning. On the negative Side, there was a big building in front of the window obstructing outside view. Overall I enjoyed my stay for 2 days at the PL.A.RESIDENCY. Ramamurthy.

Best budget stay for families. The room was clean & tidy. However, they to need improve on their room service post 10 PM, they literally ignored to provide a blanket for the extra bed which they should have taken care during check-in. Other than that everything was great, we enjoyed our stay and morning breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and quite helpful in advising persons who are strange to the city, location of places to visit and organizing convenient and reliable transport. On the whole one will be inclined to recommend the place to friends. Only area that needs attention and improvement is the restaurant.

Taste food. Soft drinks and water provided to our need. Dining room table and chairs are clean and staff are attending to our need with smiles.
Very good friendly staff and immediate attention to anything. Good tasty breakfast, and food is at our house taste. Easy approach from any were.

I had booked 2 x standard ac rooms. The PL.A.RESIDENCY is in a central location. The rooms were comfortable. Two water bottles were also provided. Ac worked well and the bathrooms were also good. One issue that we faced is of mosquitoes - we got all out repellants from the PL.A.RESIDENCY.

Very near to Chatram bus stand animals gotta temple. Nicely received Good and prompt room services. Great stay.
Everything was OK, Food was at breakfast, lunch, dinner and they were very good, Hotel and restaurant ambience was very good, A nice PL.A.RESIDENCY for a recommendation.

Meals could be better taste . Location, rooms are good. Parking needs some shelters

The PL.A.RESIDENCY was bang opp chathiram bus stand. The food was avg there. We ordered meals and naan. The rooms were ok but the bedsheets are so worn out. Except that nothing to complain the receptionist and the room boys were too good. We had good wifi connectivity too.

Stayed with family for a night, property location is good, rooms are quite spacious and clean. Staffs are cordial.

Nice environment, nice food, good facilities in rooms, it's a value for money, totally good to stay.

The location is good and easy access from the bus stand. But it's quite noisy place. The food is not so good.

Location/food/room service/staffs behavior in all aspects im so much satisfied with plea residency.
