PLA Krishna Inn

Strategically located opposite to bus stand. It facilitates in getting conveyance for auto, taxi or even city bus service. Nearby located is office to guide you the places to visit. Comfortable and spacious rooms. A city bus with route no 1 starts, right opposite the PLA Krishna Inn. It touches almost all places of interests of Trichy including Rock temple and Sri Rangam temple. Good eating places are located nearby. The PLA Krishna Inn has restaurant of reasonable rates. The staff in restaurant is quick and courteous, besides providing tasty food. They however are advised to provide tea / coffee kit in rooms. The staff to be made aware of city conducted Tours available. The PLA Krishna Inn may tie up with tour conductors. The quality of bed sheets is good, however may require a review by house keeping staff. The corridors were clean. The PLA Krishna Inn location is so strategic, they may have small one or two handicraft outlets in the big hall they have entrance. After reception one you climb two steps and walk towards dinning room, there is a room with one side of glass wall. Few flower pots put side the glass door of main entrance and few inside the hall would add to its initial impression.

The PLA Krishna Inn is located very close to the Railway station and is maintained very well when compared to the surrounding PLA Krishna Inns near Railway station. One of the best PLA Krishna Inns in that area. We went to Trichy for a religious trip through our own vehicle, so the locality of railway station is not very much useful for us. The Srirangam temple and other temples in Trichy are bit far from this PLA Krishna Inn. This PLA Krishna Inn is value for money and is being very well maintained. The rooms are neat and tidy and the food in restaurant is also very good with reasonable cost. It has sufficient parking for the vehicles as well. I would recommend this PLA Krishna Inn for people who would like to visit Trichy. I didn't look at other activities that the PLA Krishna Inn is providing as we didn't have much time. So, couldn't comment on activities part.

All the staff is very courteous and helpful. Attend immediately on call. Breakfast spread was very good. Restaurant ambiance looks good. However, the PLA Krishna Inn needs to take care of some basic things. The phone in the room doesn't work. Even after calling them to repair it worked 50%. Had to call the reception using my mobile. Toilet doesn't even have a towel holder and tissue paper. The shower doesn't work properly. Had to use the bucket only. The mirror in the bathroom is just half visible. The chair in the room wasn't very clean. Didn't feel like using it. The PLA Krishna Inn has to seriously take care of these basic things.

Three negative things i would like to inform. First thing is in reception i was made to wait while checking out because of the payment confusion. I had already paid the full amount but in reception it wasn't updated. Second thing is the left out food and wastage was kept outside the room that night and next day early morning we see it was all shattered here and there. Not sure if it was some rat or any dog Whichever animal it would be but the safety measures were not upto the mark. Third thing was the bathroom taps and flush which weren't in good condition. Otherwise overall stay was pleasant

Hotel was clean and good front desk people, helpful but housekeeping and room service has scope for improvement. Food is just fine, but can be improved. Communication in English is an issue with most of the staff. Ambience is good, but guests keep smoking in room and due to centralised AC the cigarette smell presence in room always gives an unpleasant feel. Standards for 3 star rating, looks little uprated than actual status. Cleanliness and customer friendliness can be improved. Wi-Fi is not useful. Breakfast is just fine, not too good for frequent traveller.

Just right opposite to central bus stand. Easy for travel but noisy throughout the day. Room was spacious but furniture, bathroom doors have turned old and dirty. Breakfast was good but placed bread without butter and jam. Lunch full meals was horrible. Room price was bit higher for such rooms. Room service was quick. Management has to concentrate on cleanliness and change the damage furniture and doors. No remote controller for ac. Fixed a display on wall so to change the temperature or switch off you have to do in the middle of sleep.

Check in was smooth. Key was not activated. But later hose keeping guy activated. Food gets served within 15 minutes. Morning breakfast was limited spread but good. If you want to get hot water in shower in the evenings you need to keep it open for atleat 25 minutes. Very near railway station. Travel. Desk charges 1. 5 times the normal ola. Rates. For 10 hrs pack they ask 2400 whereas I paid 1650 in ola for same package. Cleaning the room was not done by default everyday I had to tell. Them. To do. Overall 4*.

The PLA Krishna Inn is located very close to the Trichy railway junction. It's a nice & tidy business class PLA Krishna Inn, with just enough facilities for business travellers (well, you cannot expect more than this in a place like Trichy). The PLA Krishna Inn provides all the basic amenities to the guests. The 24 hour check-out facility is a huge plus. I only wish they offered a bit more variety in the breakfast spread, which would make life easier for non south-indian guests like me.

Very nice stay on my business trip. Very neat rooms and timely attending service persons. But we had a hard experience with key (card) which is very old and not working properly. 3 to 4 times call the housekeeping on the floor to open the door. Please change the new card for you door lock.

Located centrally and very nice place to handle you business at very nominal price. Facilities are good, very flexible staff to support your odd timing travels. Even considering the same for the family trip to Trichy. Sure to consider when you travel to Trichy.

It was good to stay in PLA Krishna, trichy. Food in the restaurant was very nice. Hot water was there from morning 5-10 and evening 5-10. Overall my stay in PLA Krishna was smooth without any issues.

Excellent PLA Krishna Inn. I got a good deal in makemytrip. Front staff were quite irresponsible. Otherwise, excellent PLA Krishna Inn. Good location. Value for money. Near to many restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend to my friends. No issues at all.

Had travel-led for a work visit and stayed in this PLA Krishna Inn. Their service is extremely good. Sasikumar, neil d'cruz and their driver even went the extra mile and arranged pickup from the airport and the railway station at odd hours in the night for the ladies' guests. The breakfast variety and taste were truly amazing and is unforgettable till now! the room and bathrooms were clean, great hot water and all amenities were taken care of. Will definitely be visiting again!

Proximity to Station is walk-able, food OK, service good, value for money.

The location is very nice. Room facilities are good. Reception staff are very helpful. The restaurant is very costly when compared with nearby PLA Krishna Inns.
