Room average, bathroom cleanliness food very expensive quality too bad . Staff not at all interested booking through make my trip no welcome drink.

Our stay was very comfortable in a wild ambient resort with nice view of Chembra peak. But the activities in the resort are numerous.

The best stay at wayanad. If someone who want to stay at peace and calm. I recommend this place. Staff was very good and their service was top notch

Pros- 1. Great and unhindered view of mountains from the room. 2. Delicious food in all the three meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) 3. Staff is very polite and helpful 4. Big and serene property cons- 1. Non availability of hospitality tray and electric kettle 2. No mini fridge 3. No hand towels 4. No bathroom slippers 5. Electricity issues overall the stay was good. The staff was very helpful and proactive. However, with certain improvements the accommodations can prove to be an excellent place for holidays.

Excellent location, from balcony we can see complete forest, early morning birds sound, near by small water flow which will give plea-sent morning

It was great experience staff members are very polite and the campfire was soo great and location of resort is pretty good

All were very good. The only lacuna was lack of parking space. Location is very impressive. Food is good. All services is excellent.

Deluxe room provided cost 4. 2k was not up to the mark. Staff was supportive. We were reaching little late evening so ordered food there. Food veg/nveg quality is very bad. We could not eat the food. So kids slept hungry. We thought breakfast will be good. But breakfast even more worse. Cheese cube with bread not eatables. Poori/dosa and veg curries was extremely cold so left with bread &gem. Location is very interior.

Had great time in planet green plantation resort, loved the view of chembra peak. The staff here were very supportive especially manager dalvin, shifan, midhul, bibeesh, basheer and ajnas

Friendly and helping staff, a beautiful candle light dinner with my family, campfire was exceptional andwe planted a sapling in the property too.

My friend and i found ourselves overwhelmed by our hectic daily routines, craving some relaxation. To unwind, i organized a trip to wayanad and after reading positive reviews online, i promptly booked a stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived until checkout, the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality. As two women travelers, we never once felt unsafe during our stay. The food served was not only delicious but also exceeded our expectations. With a serene lake nestled within the resort grounds, it felt as though we were ensconced in a tranquil jungle monastery. Our experience left us feeling rejuvenated and content, and we are already planning our next visit. Thanks to all the staffs there for treating us well.

This is one of the most beautiful place in Wayanad with regards to the view. We had lot of plans for sightseeing but ended up staying in the resort through out the day as the mountain mood changes every hour. will definitely be coming back here more often. Just fell in love with this place. We also stayed in the Treehouse for one day the view from the treehouse is different from than that of the premium suite room we liked the privacy in the treeshouse and the view from the premium room. Food is very delicious .The resort is very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The view of the mountains from the property are amazing, that and the location of the property are the highlights. My family and a friends family stayed here for four days and had a good experience. It is located away from the roads and crowds providing a serene experience. The food available is simple and good. The menu is limited but food was prepared well. Food taste is subjective depending on what people are used to but everyone in our group liked it. One thing to keep in mind is that food preparation is done based on order. Breakfast was buffet and we never had lunch in the resort, but for dinner we were expected to place order in the evening itself. So when the number of people in the resort is more than the food will be delayed, we experienced it on our first day of stay. Cleanliness of rooms was average, it was not bad but can be improved. Given the location of property one gets feeling of dampness on walls and smell of dampness. Staff was helpful. There is a scope for improvement in the services.

Overall we felt lack of professionalism. Rooms were okay. Thatsit. Not very clean. View of chembra peak was excellent. But some professional management is required. No activities were available inside the resort. Some play items like badminton were seen but no guidance was given regarding that. Some staff were very service minded but some were not. Overall it's not worth rs. 5000 per day. May be half of that

Firstly i would say there is no parking space. After that when we entered into the resort. Water came dirty from our tap followed by. So many lyches n one lych bites my friends leg n started bleeding n food was tasteless at night now the service our biggest trouble. Early morning on the very next day. There was no water to be used in toilet. So one can imagine what a trouble we went through. After calling the manager n staff of the resort hundred times the didn't solve the water issue. We were told pump was not working. They came with one bucket of water for four persons. One staff told no electricity so water issue came they didn't even rectify the electricity issue as well. N we were given option of another room but that room too was so dirty n still the same water issue. We were going to check out by 9 am morning but becaz of resort obnoxious service we cudnt go to any view places around wayanad. Even the manager was not there in the reception he was no where near resort we waited for him an hour. We left the hotel at around 12 noon. So friends please avoid such resorts. N i want the full refund

First of all it’s not resort it’s hotel. no amenities we faced so much of electricity problem food was very bad peoples over there are money minded no proper hospitality food services and all very bad worst experience

Excellent room service and well behaved and helping staffs. But the room were horrible and over priced. The total bill for 2 rooms was 10000 rupees. But it looked like a local lodge worth 1000 rs )

Hospitality by staff was great. Everything was well managed and they were very helpful.
