Planet Hollywood Beach Resort

Let's start with getting to the property; i strongly advise google maps as the road leading to d resort is unbelievably bad with the bottom of your vehicle surely scrapping against the potholes. Other than that, the check is very smooth with valet parking, welcome drink and a bellhop leading you to your room. The decor is well and truly hollywood and offers plenty of photo opportunities. The rooms themselves are luxurious and the added amenities of tt tables, carrom board, swimming pool and spa services is a big plus. The restaurant service is pretty slow. Strangely they stop bar service at 11 pm even for in house guests. The food per se atleast at their much touted 'poseidon cove 's terrible so be prepared for a runny butter chicken and an unmarinated chicken/paneer tikka. I would definitely recommend their breakfast at their 'planet daily 'though as it's lavish and delicious with cuisines from all over the world plus live station. All in all i am having a mixed mood as the saving grace for me was we were celebrating our 25 years dental college reunion so we had a blast which made up for the bad food.

The resort has the nicest staff ive ever had the pleasure of staying with. They were kind, and helpful. I had a second floor pool view room which was great! the pool is probably the resort's best feature. My issue with this resort was poor upkeep. I had to clean my own balcony upon arrival and it was disgustingly filthy. There are pictures in the rooms that havent been cleaned in years, and the velvet decorative pillows on the bed smelt like they hadnt been washed probaly ever. The bathroom had a lingering smell of urine, not to mention the dark black mildew stains accumulated over the years. This resort has amazing potential, the beach is beautiful and literally a <5 minute walk. The staff is top tier amazing. Location is not horribly far from the new airport. I think this resort needs better management to help them reach their full potential.

I was three days in resort from jun 27 to jun 29 and checkout at jun 30. The room was average as i have booked for 3 adult and one child but they still provided me twin bed and given one extra folding, i was expecting two double as staying in luxury resort and paying high does not expected this. Room and bathroom was average. Food was average and even as shown in makemytrip they are not serving foods on platter on swimming pool. Jackuazi was also not working. Not serving morning tea in room or infront of room you have to go Planet Hollywood Beach Resort inside. But staff behaviour is really excellent. Food is average. Overall ok but not found on my expectation the amount i paid. I can say 2. 5 out of 5

Great property with clean private beach! all things are good - the rooms, service and food. We went with our baby and the Planet Hollywood Beach Resort provided for food suitable for her prepared as per our instructions and free of cost. The quantities of food are good when ordering for room service, sometimes extra. Breakfast spread is great with local food available as well. The beach is located at a 10 min walk within the property, buggy is available to ferry people in the need of it. Staff is kind and helpful. The pool is huge and clean. There are other recreational facilities at the resort as well. Overall, very good experience!

We booked from 14th to 17th november, we really liked the stay, food was delicious, with lots of options and most importantly the taste was excellent, the rooms were very spacious too and the pool was truly amazing, although some things could be better like there was not many pool side activities, also some problem with insects as our room was garden facing, but fumigation was done during our stay once, most importantly beach access is very good and garden is green and very well maintained. It is a 5 star experience overall.

I had great experience at planet hollywood, property is well maintained and its few steps away from the beautiful beach. Room is good and amenities like j bl soundbar & foot massage machine will you surprise, i give 10 on 10 for food of this property, really really amazing food thanks to mr. Sudeep for your great service. Just few things which i don’t like and that js reception staff is not good, they don’t greet me as well, overall i had really amazing time and i will definitely choose again in my future bookings

Our stay at planet hollywood was nothing short of exceptional. The resort's modern, immaculate design and top-notch amenities created a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The lush greenery and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for our son's first birthday photoshoot. The hospitality shown by the staff was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. To top it off, the buffet spread offered a delicious variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Extremely beautiful property located in south goa. Very nice and humble hospitality. Breakfast spread was just amazing and they were there to help through every step. The only issue was the presence of pests like cockroaches in the room but this was very kindly addressed and room was fumigated immediately. House keeping staff was courteous. The Planet Hollywood Beach Resort doesnt have a private beach as mentioned in the description but has a beautiful yet private access towards the utorda beach.

Planet hollywood beach resort is situated at utorda beach south goa. Very big and beautiful property. Very clean and big room. Great room service. I specially like buggy service and foot massager in my room. My son likes the swimming pool.

Food was great. Very greenish resort. Hospitality at its best. One of the finest in south goa. Parties happening can be a good thing too

Stay was very comfortable and heart warming. Loved the hospitality by the staff. They have so many activities inside the resort to keep you busy and relax at the same time. Their private beach is wow- so clean and serene. Must go to resort, highly recommended for families with kids and elderly.

It was fantastic experience to stay at ph. Wonderful property. Swimming pool is just awesome. Crystal clear utorda beach with white sand is just few steps to resort. Really like balcony sitting area & bathroom.
