Budget property with okish cleanliness and ambience. No restaurant in-house. A small facility with very limited parking

Bathroom flush is not working Price is too high as comparing to facilities

"Local rooms that have none of the beauty shown in the pictures... Switches that don’t work... Rooms that haven’t been properly cleaned... All the dirt and mess has just been shoved under the bed. Dirty bed sheets... Towels that are not clean at all... The TV doesn’t work... No service of any kind... A cramped room... Low-class toilet... Made the mistake once... Hope no one else has to go through the same."

Excellent service, this is the 3rd time we stayed there in Trivandrum and we have no complaint about anything during our stay.

Very nice stay. Owner was helpful. Provided the option of early check in. Market is also very near to this hotel. And rooms and washrooms were hygienic.

I came here for ISRO interview. This is very close to Lulu mall, and ISRO center. . Most important the staff members, both the uncles were really humble and helpful. They kept my luggage safely till my interview was over. Even they provided changing room post my booking to relax . For budget travellers, really good

It was a comfortable stay at Planet Residency. Very supportive people at this property. The locality is very good with many adjacent restaurants and easy access to the bus stop within 200m from Planet Residency. After checkout, I had to keep my luggage somewhere as my return train was 8 hours after the checkout time. People at Planet Residency supported this, allowing me to keep the luggage in a room near reception until evening.

I recently booked a room in your hotel, but the experience was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. The room was not clean, the bathroom did not have a proper lock, and there were no basic essentials like tissue paper. The overall maintenance was very poor and not as shown in the listing. Due to this unpleasant experience, I am requesting a full refund. Kindly take this matter seriously and process the refund as soon as possible.

Good location to reach. Very polite staff. Good atmosphere. Near and clean rooms. Very good and safe place to stay with family

stay was good ,rooms very congested but still it was overall good food should be Available atleast on ordering

No lift....,but lots of hotels near by sound polution is very high and they're allowing on single size rooms instead of spatious rooms

Good stay, Very near to the High way, Kims hospital and near to railway station. we had booked for AC rooms while booking and when check in got Non AC, but the room was good

Had a fantastic stay at planet residency. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The on-site restaurant was good, though the breakfast options could be improved. Overall, a great experience.
