Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar

There were some initial hiccups regarding the room. We booked a room where it wasn't specified that the window doesn't face outside, i get really claustrophobic if i can't see the sky from my room but thankfully the Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar staff was really helpful, specially miss khushi who went out of the way to help us out due to my medical condition. Rooms are great, staff is really helpful, food and ambiance is great, i just wish there was more transparency regarding room information in their makemytrip listing. We booked a more expensive room than deluxe but found out deluxe was much better because it has windows facing the exterior of the building with good views unlike their premier rooms which are bigger in size but only has a view of the hallway through the window. Can be very suffocating to people with claustrophobia.

My wife and i had come to via it mahakaleshwar and omkareshwar jayptirlingas. We stayed at the Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar for 3 nights. The location is pretty good. The staff is vwey helpful and polite. All amenities were good. The rooms are also neat and spacious. We had booked a cab paacjags with the Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar for the temple darshans over 2 days. Our assigned driver, mr bhagwan was one of th highlights of our stay. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure that we had a pleasant experience during darshan. He was extremely helpful, courteous and resourceful in helping us get quick darshana avoiisnsg ao much crowd. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Our next trip to indore will also be booked here for sure.

Check-in/check-out: the front desk staff is prompt and courteous. Anmol went out of his way to arrange a takeaway packet of breakfast at short notice at 6:15am. Stay: the premium rooms are oddly placed at the centre, where the windows open into the floor lobby! for the first couple of days the room smelt damp. Having said that, the room is spacious and well maintained. The house keeping does a good job of cleaning the place. Food: breakfast spread is good and the food tasty. Omelettes are a must-try. In-room dining was also delicious. Dislike: laundry service: they returned my blazer in worse shape than i gave it to them.

Peaceful stay with family. Staff is co-operative and helpful. Especially front desk and restaurant staff is very kind. We booked room with breakfast through mmt, but after check in we realised that we are having fast (shravan) for all three days hence we requested to front desk to give us some other options and they accepted our request and provide us options with combo meal at lunch time. Further, they bake their own bakery items, which are very fresh and delicious. We enjoyed food here, thank you everyone at playotel. Only concern is you need to park your vehicle on roadside space.

Playotel premier vijay nagar, indore is an excellent Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar. We stayed here from 2nd to 6th april, 2024. Behavior of front office, room service including cleanliness and restaurant services are impeccable. You have to think hundred times to complain regarding any aspect of this Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar. The property and its location is also good. Although we haven't taken their transport services, they guided us in our site seeing plans. We will highly recommend it to all for staying in indore and we will definitely stay here in our future visits also.

Having stayed earlier, decided to visit the Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar again. And i was thrilled. Their service and breakfast menu as well as taste were amazing. Room(premier) was great, housekeeping upto the mark. Employees were always smiling and wishing you, check in and out were quick. It's not a big corporate Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar where you have gym and pool and spa but it's a cute and functional Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar with comfort and care. Parking is valet but in front of Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar. Location is great.

Extremely clean rooms, bathrooms and linen with very helpful staff with pleasant demeanour. We had a quick and nice check-in and were guided to our room. The car has to be parked right in front of the Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar. We had requested for packed breakfast as we had to start our drive early the next morning. The staff was more than willing to oblige and got us our neatly packed kit on time. Overall a pleasant experience and we have decided to book again on our next visit

Right from check in to staff behaviour, everything was so good. The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful in suggestions of the buffet spread. The staff were extremely courteous to pack an early check out breakfast as i was leaving early. An overall satisfying stay. Strongly recommend for business trips as well as family trips.
