Pleasant Hill Resort

I recently stayed at the Pleasant Hill Resort in Munnar with my family for 2 nights. While the resort is described as a 4-star Pleasant Hill Resort, our experience was somewhat mixed. The room itself was comfortable, but we were surprised to find that it didn't have air conditioning. Although Munnar's climate is generally cool, the lack of AC made the room feel stuffy at night. On the positive side, the resort's location is scenic and the staff were friendly. However, there were some issues with the parking area, which was located separately from the Pleasant Hill Resort. The parking area was poorly lit and looked more like a construction site than a Pleasant Hill Resort facility. Overall, our stay was just okay. While the resort has some potential, it falls short of the 4-star experience promised. With some improvements to the rooms and parking area, Pleasant Hill Resort could live up to its full potential.

Hotel in situated at the top of hill. Hospitality of Pleasant Hill Resort is excellent. Kids enjoyed s winning pool. They have lift jackets for swimming pools which help small kids to enjoy swimming pool. Valley view of rooms keeps you close to nature it has a small gym. Complementary bicycles, cricket kit, badminton rackers were provided for play area. Towards cochin munnar side you can enjoy gap road and botanical garden. Places is very clam and cool. Hotel rooms are fresh and there is no bad odur

The property was excellent and the check in was quick even when we reached late night, the front office executive was so helpful and followed up for dinner arrangements as we were reaching late night. The property has an amazing view and the location is very quiet and pleasant like the resort name. Overall we had an amazing stay at pleasant hill resort.

It's a beautiful resort with excellent rooms, clean washroom, good pool and very good restaurant. The view from the balcony is amazing. Well maintained lawns. It's worth the price. And pet friendly too. My doggo enjoyed a lot running around in the lawns. Would definitely recommend.

The best place to stay if scenery is a priority. The staff were extra kind and took initiative to provide us everything we required. Breakfast and evening snacks were amazing and top notch. We. Really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Cheers again to the amazing staff at the resort.

Property is good. Food is also nice. They have north indian food as well. View from Pleasant Hill Resort is great. You need to rely on the Pleasant Hill Resort for arranging sightseeing within munnar. Only problem is that it is 35kms away from munnar.

This good resort for family. They have swimming pool, play area for kids, restaurant, garden, etc. The location is far from Munnar town, so the main attractions are away. Overall experience was good. Breakfast can be better.

The hospitality was very good, especially the assistance on need from the staffs. Very clean rooms and good food. Had a good time there.

Pleasant hill resort with a good experience. Nice services with staff members. But the restaurant needs to improve by service & also food quality and variety.

Location, property ambience and dealing all are fully satisfied. . But, unfortunately ma wife and son facing food poison now. So i suggest, don't choose sea food from here. Service all are great. Thank you.

The resort is located in a quite spot overlooking a valley with view of mountains. Rooms are spacious and the food is good. The staff are well mannered and highly supportive.

View is good. Ambience is good. Friendly staff. Food is above average but not great. Connectivity is an issue at times.
