Excellent stay experience at the property, value for money, just amazing location near beach, all facilities available at the door step.

Not recommended for family stay

we are there for last 2 days. room and swimming pool was great. little disappointed because of not fully functional kitchen. But it is understandable that this is not high season for Goa. And property surrounding by few good hotels so no issues at all. We don't feel any service issues as we have taken it very lesser😊. Overall our trip end as the resorts name with PLEASURE.

We stated for two days and this place is really really good. Very clean and hygienic rooms with very humble staffs. Location is another plus point. Would definitely come back especially for the cottages.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting goa. It was even better than expected. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

Had a wonderful stay very close to morjim beach road. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Cottage room had foul smell, cupboard door was broken, not clean room, nobody to help for luggage,

Wine shop, super market and restaurants are close by. Nice location. Very peaceful. Morjim beach is 2km from place. I booked villa but its not clean enough, so i paid extra 200 and shifted to room. Rooms are very good.

I had booked for 3 nights and it was peaceful. Did not use the swimming as it was little dirty. There were leaves in it

The place has a rustic feel and is spacious compared to many hotels in and around the place. It is close to the beach by vehicle. The hosts are very friendly, smiling and co-operative. The hotel is also close to a river that is visible from the rooms. Definitely worth a try! cheers.

Beautiful property besides the river. Peaceful. Pet friendly. Good wifi. Super helpful staff. Spacious rooms with balcony.

Hotel is not upto the mark with regards to the price paid. However they get the basics right, so it's manageable.

Good staffs, very nice food and service

I stayed there for 5 nights and overall experience was good.

Reception is non co-operative in season days. Gives false statement about food and drinks. Not recommended at all.
