Pros : good location. Nice hall and room. Good parking for 2 cars. Two separate blocks connected, which is good. Cons : kitchen is used as store room and locked in ground floor. Very dirty small space provided for kitchen in first floor on request. Found very difficult to move from ground to first floor for cooking. Sink was not neat for cleaning. Bathroom window nets could be done, as there are lot of flies coming in with high and open windows at top. Food ordering was also not flexible. Once ordered, food was not tasty. Caretaker will not clean, unless you explicitly request for cleaning. Tv not working. Lot of opportunities to improvise. Overall location is good, lot of improvements required in room.

Homestay was in a quiet and calm place. Owner was helpful and even offered to arrange food for us. They had power backup, heaters and wifi which were very helpful.
