I recently stayed at Pod n Beyond hotel, Jamshedpur. Hotel is good and breakfast also great. However, I would like to bring to your attention some and concerns I encountered during my stay: Room Configuration Mismatch My booking clearly mentioned a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one queen bed and one single bed. When I raised this issue, the hotel staff stated that the room was meant for 3 people, which doesn’t align with what was confirmed during booking. Charge for Complimentary Mineral Water however it was chargeable. Parking Issues Despite Assurances The listing and a direct confirmation from the hotel over the phone indicated ample parking availability. In reality, the parking space was very limited, and I faced difficulties finding a proper spot for my vehicle. I hope you will look into these matters seriously. Accurate listing details and service delivery are for ensuring a smooth guest experience. I would appreciate it if appropriate corrective actions or clarifications could be provided regarding these issues. Thank you for your attention.

The Pod and Beyond Bistupur is a unique pet-friendly hotel located in Jamshedpur. We had a delightful stay here for four nights, accompanied by our pet, and enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are comfortable, equipped with all essential amenities.

Overall stay was poor. Room had bad odour, bathroom water was leaking along wall side inside the room. No hot water in the bathroom.

It was a nice stay. Wish they had more options for breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!

Location is good according to budget friendly room with buffet breakfast. Regarding the service the management needs to work alot like providing mineral water bottles instead of RO water in old bottles, having more staffs for quick service, some rooms light was nit working asked to fixed but not fixed by management.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The pillows were in terrible condition and the bed sheets were not properly cleaned. In fact, they seemed unhygienic and possibly fungal, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Cleanliness and basic hygiene are the most important aspects of a hotel, and unfortunately this property failed to meet even those basic standards
