Polaris Cottage - 200m from Pangong Lake

I cannot praise this place enough. The view is the best part and we loved watching the sunset and sunrise from the seating area inside while being warm and not affected by the cold blowing wind outside. This was much better than the tented/camp properties around us and we definitely had the best view! the beds were comfortable, food provided was simple but tasty and the people working at the property were very polite and quick to respond to any of our requests.

Able to see the view of beautiful pangong from the big size window. There is extra small room along with bed room from where u can enjoy the night sky and lake both, no obstacles in between. Also provide heater on extra charge( rs / few hours. Light availability is for few hours 'coz of remote location. I want to stay there again.

Perfect stay view from the room without any obstacles. It’s the 1st property on that area so if you are looking for the view than this is best. Food is perfect. Non veg we got only egg curry. Preferred chicken during those cold days which was not available. Suggested to take package with dinner n bf

Excellent accomodation, food and hospitality. Is worth the money given the limited resources available at the lake. Is the safest option to go for. Fully recommend. Staff is the nicest. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for having us.

Excellent cottages with an uninstructed view of the majestic lake. Provide great protection from the elements. We were warm enough in the cozy, comfortable property. Would recommend it 11 times out of 10

This is one of the best property with pan-gong lake view from the warm cottage with the best comfort, the staff is very helpful and friendly, food provided was very tasty, 2 mins drive to pan-gong lake.

There cannot be a better location than polaris cottages to stay on the banks of the serene pangong lake. Cottages are located right on the front of the cluster of other cottages.

Cottage was very warm. Front pangong lake view. Walkable distance to lake. Very tasty breakfast poori sagu. Good service.

Everything is perfect. Best accommodation at this place.

Stay and facilities were good but expensive

Unrestricted view of pangong lake. Food was average, we asked for jain food in advance. Water storage was sufficient too much additionally charged for non-electric room heater

Cottage is just opposite of Pangong Lake but the facilities are poor. There is power supply only for 4-5 hours in the evening. Food spread and taste is average.

Considering the location of this cottage to be far away. The services were great and satisfying.

The cottages are located at a very short distance from pangong lake. Loved the services provided, value for money. The hosts were really accommodating!
