Polo Floatel, Kolkata

I had the pleasure of staying at the polo floatel in kolkata for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! i opted for the heritage cabin with a stunning river view, and it exceeded my expectations. The views of the howrah bridge and vidyasagar set u from my cabin were simply breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the river was a sight to behold. The food at the polo floatel was exceptional. The menu offered a wide range of options, and each dish i tried was delicious and expertly prepared. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive to my needs throughout my stay. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Another major advantage of the polo floatel is its excellent location. It's situated near several popular attractions, including the indian museum, new market, and prinsep ghat, making it easy to explore the city. The proximity to these landmarks saved me a lot of time and effort, and i was able to make the most of my trip. Overall, i highly recommend the polo floatel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in kolkata. The combination of stunning views, great food, excellent service, and a convenient location makes it a must-visit destination.

Location of the property is good, provides quite an unique experience with great restraunts, the best part is they provide some nauka activities which is a lifetime experience for a must, service is on time. Must try once

Staying at this Polo Floatel (Newly Renovated) is good, with having great views of hooghly river. However quality of food need to improve, as per such high charges. Rates of food items are very high comparing the quality.

I'm truly very grateful to have connect with this Polo Floatel (Newly Renovated) facilities along with all supporting staff. Specially rohit, akash & sagnik all of them are very helpful and supportive

The stay was great. The heritage room was clean, bathroom was clean with almost all amenities. Though there was no balcony so smoking is not allowed in the room. But overall its a nice stay.

Overall good stay. Breakfast spread was elaborate and the river view from the room was fantastic. But the rooms need a little maintenance and complimentary mineral water should be provided.

The stay was nice. Akash ans shrabanti were a great help. The food is awesome. This kind of view of gang-es is just impossible from any other property in kolkata.

Just to experience floating vessel with private dech. Property location is good. Private dech is also good.

Hotel is centrally located but service is not at par. We ordered chicken biriyani but served prawn biriyani. Tv initially was not working properly.

The location, food, and amenities are very nice. The staff is also very helpful and polite. Food quality and quality wise very tasty.

A weekend staycation to celebrate the year end. The property was as lively as always but may be a bit more attention needs to be paid to the in room services experience.

The amenities, we're good, and service top notch, only issue was the noise, the rooms could be more sound proof

Need to upgrade a bit more. Many things are out of date but overall it’s a great experience and the food is quite good.

Very much satisfied, well cleaned, food quality is very good, rooms are neat and clean, hose keeping service is nice
