very bad customer service.room was not at all clean,also nontv and hot water at this hotel.if i asked them to arrange this they said that no hotels in munnar has this hot water facility.Also in bathroom there are no toiletries.no staffs for responding our queries

Terrible stay, leaking toilet with terrible smell. No exhaust. The curtains were stained with hand mark . The walls has mould and all the filth possible. Bedding were stained . Once complained changed the room and got a room everything same except slightly better toilet .

family with 3 kidsExpect the location everything about this hotel is bad. This hotel is very old and needs maintenance. The hotel room was in terrible condition. I booked this old only because I ran out of options.

The room and the garden view was a blissful thing. The room was very clean maintained and was as expected. The service is also good as they provide food from their own kitchen. Satisfied for my trip and a good choice of taking room here.

The hotel is very near to the main road and walkable distance to ksrtc. Excellent view from the hotel and you can go to the tea gardens which are near by and have a good time.

Hotel is cheap and so is the overall experience. No fan in room, no hot water (lukewarm at best with super low pressure, front desk is terrible with service. They only say sorry without even trying to understand the problem. Wouldn't recommend unless absolutely last option.

Room has a great view of the tea fields. It is at a quiet and calm location, and just a walking distance away from the bus stand. Each of the rooms has a balcony which was my favorite part.
