A colleague and I came for an official visit to Madurai. We booked this Poppys Hotel The website was very use a friendly and we got two rooms in a jiffy. We were surprised when we checked into our rooms. Each one has a visitors' lounge to accommodate five to six people. The bedroom is spacious too and three people of medium built can sleep easily. Next time we are going to book one room for our family of four. Equally good was the food. As there is a large open drain nearby, a mild stench is present in all the open spaces. As the Poppys Hotel is present on a four lane ring road, it helped us complete a good 4km walk each day. Overall, a great experience 💯

We stayed at the poppys madurai in mar'24. Spacious and clean property. The junior suite was large, functional and clean. Service across the Poppys Hotel was great - be it front office, house keeping or at the restaurant. The food spread and taste can be improved though. Ample parking available in their large basement parking area. The Poppys Hotel is situated on the airport - mattuthavani ring road - away from hustle bustle but away from city centre too - the core of the city is 6-7 kms away - no issues if you have your own transportation. Overall a very good vfm property.

The Poppys Hotel is on the outskirts. But one of the best in madhurai. Rooms are quite big and luxurious. Staffs are very friendly and service is awesome. Food is very good. Specially the complementary breakfast. They have options for continental also. The hostel is bit costly but it is worth it. Do opt for it. No matter any service you say they will provide you. They are always available. The ambience is quite good. All tourists opt for this Poppys Hotel because of its quality. The only thing i didn't like was they charge quite much for late check in or check out.

Though our stay was for a very short duration we had a very pleasant stay. We had booked 2 junior suite rooms and to be honest both the rooms were very spacious. Junior suite rooms had separate hall, bedroom, bathroom along with bath tub, dining area, dressing room. The only difficulty we faced was that of mosquitos and there were no taps in the bathroom. Since we had travel-led with aged people they expected taps to use the buckets. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. The staff were very courteous and prompt to their services.

We had a warm stay at poppys. The Poppys Hotel is far from the meenakshi temple. If you have your own transportation then it is easier to reach there. The Poppys Hotel has very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The room and the bathroom were clean and our stay was pleasant. The breakfast in the morning had a good spread. However, if you are looking for a spread like in other business Poppys Hotels then you will be tad disappointed. Overall stay was good and a recommended Poppys Hotel for your stay in madurai.

The Poppys Hotel was well equipped with all amenities. The room sizes are good. However, there are some cleanliness and maintenance issues. With best of decors around, the construction still looks old. The towels were dirty. Food was good. The Poppys Hotel is easy to locate too. It is right on the rameshwaram highway. Staff behavior was mixed. The morning check-in check-out processes were extremely smooth, the staff really courteous. But the night reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient.

Location is good & very big Poppys Hotel. Neat & clean room. Ac working properly but fan not available in room. Plea-sent stay. Good staff & very quick services. Multi cuisine restaurant & all type of food available with hygienically. Plenty parking space available. Banquet also there for arranging function. Bar is also there. Swimming water is clean & maintained nicely. Overall fully stastified with my stay at this Poppys Hotel. Recommended for family traveler.

Hotel is good, neat and clean, spacious and good ambiance. Lower level staff are cordial except the front desk staff and supervisor. They are very slow and unprofessional also. The condition of the room is good except the damp along the interior wall below wall mirror and above the skirting. This is not expected from such a costly suit no. 205 where we stayed for two nights.

Our stay was comfortable, room was cleaned and kept in good condition staffs in restaurant are polite and helpful l. Food was also great.

Rooms were spacious & all things in place. Food was generally good except 1 or 2 dishes which did have the authentic flavour. Ambience was superb. Staff all very cooperative & well mannered.

the Poppys Hotel was good ! but when i called the reception from the room , that time the reception man who attended the call didn’t provide the service and cut the call before i completed . later was solved by another lady staff when i called second time ! other than that it was a good stay , the food was good , rooms were neat and clean , room service person were well disciplined.

We booked a two days stay in poppys Poppys Hotel madurai recently. It is very nearby to the new bus stand and the connectivity to other places are very convenient. The rooms are also very neat nand spacious especially the bathrooms. They are very neat and clean and the house keeping is so good.

Had booked a junior suite and it was excellent, the staff is very prompt & cordial and the food is excellent. Overall a very satisfying stay
