Our stay at Poppy’s was truly exquisite. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly welcome. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, blending stylish modern decor with comfortable and functional amenities. We particularly appreciated the accommodative staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Big rooms but poor staff behaviour at reception and restaurant. Staff are not well trained, specially at the reception is always in bad mood and not willing to help. Food is ok not great, lady who took our order did not knew anything about the menu and was in bad mood and was also rude to other junior members at the restaurant. She misguided us while ordering food. Buffet Breakfast was ok but was very crowded.

I stayed in this Poppys Hotel in the Temple town Madhurai. Nice clean rooms , spacious , clean linen and towels , Stacked Minibar , Good AC, Clean big bathrooms and TV for entertainment . They have a nice restaurant and tasty food . A bar and a pool for people who love to indulge ... Improvement needed on quality of Shower gel and Shampoo provided .. Overall a good stay and value for money

This is 3rd or 4th time staying at the Poppys Hotel, the rooms are really large and kept very neat and clean, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and very spacious. Would strongly recommend this Poppys Hotel to both business travellers as well as for families and people wanting to visit madurai for other aspects.

great place to stay for a family. very comfortable and well equipped rooms. a cherry on top was their restaurant. variety and the quality of food was beyond perfect. thank you very much for your hospitality. we will be back soon!
