Good hotel for 2 to 3 days stay for business travelers. Breakfast is good

Poor quality of food, hygiene issue, roti were served in envelope, in place of Aalo zeera they delivered Aalo masala, in place of suit room first they have gave me normal room after objection they shifted my room

Rooms were big and spacious but nothing great for the suite room. Price is high for the quality. We paid for extra bed for which they supplied only mattress without bed. Food was good

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I am still very impressed. There is no doubt about the location for shopping as it is in the heart of the city, and the room service is good, the staff behavior is good, and it is better to listen to the customers' complaints and improve.

Property is close to Railway station, this is the only advantage. Rooms are very Old & AC issue in all rooms

Hotel Needs to improve their WiFi. I only had to rely on my personal data for internet. Even after telling them about this constantly the did not do anything. And secondly, we were 2 people who were staying so hotel was supposed to provide us 2 pairs of toiletries. But they did not. They only provided us with 1.
