Prabhaa Grand Inn

Rooms are good. Well maintained. Hot water, ac, tv all working fine. The reception staff is not informative, they dont bother to give any information about the Prabhaa Grand Inn or roomm. Vg restaurant in ground floor is good only for south indian dish. The restauarnt at 6th floor is good for north indian and has a good roof top view. Complementary breakfast is unlike other Prabhaa Grand Inns. You can order whatever dish you want and there is nothing explicitly kept on display. Parking is a issue, just available for 3 cars. Nearby street parking is available. Overall its a good place. The customer service can be better. People unfamiliar with local language can face minor communication issues. Hotel location is decent, fairly busy street.

Thank you Vinodh and team for a pleasant stay at Prabhaa grand in I would like to call out few things in specific- Staff were courteous and took time to explain the package and things to see around chittor. Appreciate it Food was good and was served on time including the buffet breakfast. Staff need to be more responsive towards guest. Reception needs a proper communication. I booked an executive room through MMT, but when I get check-in that room was already allotted to some others. Then they allotted me a suite room which is having high standard than the executive. Of course, that was a benefit to me. But that should not have happened. Once we book a room means that should be blocked for us only. And the rest of the things are very nice.

My relatives experienced, when they went outside they entered room when no one was there in room for taking glasses this is really annoying and we have complained to authority they said that's how we come inside or else we can't maintain Prabhaa Grand Inn. Really pathetic on privacy if something is missing whose responsible is this.

I stayed for a day, the location was good. Accessible to Key destinations. Rooms are clean and well crafted ambience. But the room service and staffs are not up to the mark. You need to call multiple times to get the staff attention. The receptionist needs to understand that she s in people service. A smiley face may be encouraging.

A overnight stay at the Prabhaa Grand Inn. Room space is very good compared to the price offered. At few places there is a sign of aging on the washroom fittings. Car parking is only roadside only, not covered. Restaurant food is good, felt little pricey for that location.

Very clean and hygiene maintenance, good hospitality, good infrastructure, very good atmosphere, lovely beds, very soothing and high perfumed shampoo, showe gel, moisturizer, soap. Very luxury to spend your happiness there, very relaxing and silent environment.

Travel-led as a group of 5 people the stay was really a good one though we expected the vice versa and the food was the best thing of the Prabhaa Grand Inn from breakfast to dinner. The only thing is the staffs behaviour isn’t that welcoming.

Excellent Prabhaa Grand Inn to stay in chittoor

Room was clean. Big enough. Centrally located and not very far from bus Station or railway Station.

My mother stayed at Prabhaa Grand Inn. The Prabhaa Grand Inn staff made her comfortable even though she was not carrying the voucher they allowed a smooth check-in. Very helpful staff.
