Pragati Manor

Our family has stayed often and not been disappointed. The personnel are pleasant and very helpful, always assisting and guiding our driver to his lodgings as they don't provide driver rooms. The facilities are well maintained, clean and well supplied with amenities. Hot water, a/c always works. The ambiance and decor is welcoming and refreshing. Food is good and at one point live music was provided in the evenings. But the usual breakfasts are just ok, although for diwali special items were added! perfect location, great shopping, dining all within. Walking g distance. This is our go-to place for guwahati visits

Everything was great about the Pragati Manor except for the receptionist’s behaviour. She did not even greet us properly nor had any hospitality while check out. She just made a face as if we are staying in the Pragati Manor at her expense and the geyser is just 3 litres which is weird for such a well maintained Pragati Manor. The breakfast was nice and the presidential suite was great.

Pragati manor is a 3 star facility. Perfectly located in the posh area of the town and infront of city center ( biggest mall of northeast. It is in center of town hence found it easy to go to different places. Rooms are clean and good. The room size is small and washroom is also small. In room dining is to be avoided. Buffet breakfast is okay. Staff is courteous and helpful.

i had a very pleasant stay in this Pragati Manor. the location was just perfect. the room was cosy, neat and clean. the staff were friendly and had an extremely helping attitude. the breakfast was excellent. some episodes of power cuts were faced, which i feel may be rectified easily, and i don’t like to term it as an issue. overall, i give it a 5 star👍.

After having stayed in 3 places nearby in the same tariff bracket i found pragati manor to be the best value for money along with having spacious room, courteous staff and clean and hygienic space. Loved the property, although parts of it like the banquet and reception are under renovation as of 2nd week of feb'21 it did not impact my stay in any sense.

Location of the Pragati Manor is great with malls and restuarants at walking distance from it. The rooms are rather small. Breakfast spread was fine, not too many dishes but everything was delicious. The staff were courteous. Overall it catered to my needs so was a good stay. Would have been great if the rooms were a bigger in size.

Pragati manor just fits the stars that i have given to it! the rooms are really beautiful and the service of their staff is just outstanding! they really put in a lot of effort to satisfy their guests. The food quality just needs to be improved a bit more. I had booked 2 rooms for 3 guests. And everyone of us were satisfied

Well located on g. S. Road. Close to many commercial and government institutions. Well trained and professional executives in the front desk who are extremely helpful. Dining options and facilities are good. Hygiene and safety standards are excellent except that i did find Pragati Manor employees without mask occasionally

I stayed here for two nights, service was good but breakfast variety was not at all good. Same things were there both days except one or two items were changed. Room was ok but not that great as it was shown in pictures but overall it was a good stay.

In the heart of city. This property is good and has all basic services.

I have stayed in Pragati Manor a number of times in the past. What I like the most is it's location which is in close proximity to prominent shopping malls, theatres, office places, hospitals and the secretariat to meet all your needs of shopping, entertainment, healthcare, business and so on.

Location, service, food everything is value for money.

Had booked the Presidential suite. Great room and amenities. Bed was clean and comfortable. The TV had Netflix and YouTube log-in apps.

Good stay. Nice Pragati Manor, nice food, location

The room service is abit slow, and the stewards can have much better behaviour
