Prakash Hotel

Room quality extremely poor considering the charges. Tampered walls, torn bed back supports to name a few. Food and supporting staff was good.

The hotel was not clean , blankets were wet , there is a smell all around the room , worst expereince in a hotel , very expensive .. Try to find out the images , check out earlier due to worst experience

the hotel is not worthy for three rooms thank you. old ac that is uncontrollable and maintanance is very poor

Not worth. Shower not working cleanliness poor torn towels no ventilation in room poor lights overall bad experience.

Bad washroom, bad service, broken tiles, bad facility in room, wall putty rupture. Very bad stay and not worth for money.

Room service is not up-to date and not have the bill of food

All fine and good amenity ambiance was good.

Not good ambience. Got confirmation of booking through MMT but the hotel authority not entertained. This is the kind of things they treat with a customer. No body should take this hotel. Another option to be chosen instead.

It was average stay, room service, however basic maintenance was poor, need to improve on it, in my room telephone? One wire was not working, also the palace is not very silent. But the good part is that, there restaurant is quite famous in Roorkee and they offer good and value for money food.
