Good room, good food but staff behaviour is bad.

Room tariff is substantially high with respect to the amenities. Almost no option to keep luggage and belongings. Room space is not adequate for family. Cabinet is dirty and not maintained. Room and bathroom were clean. Food was good. Services were also good. Lack of some basic amenities like tea kit, electric kettle, cloth hanger etc. which were expected as per the tariff charged. location and view are worthy. Parking space is limited. Room tariff is substantially high with respect to the amenities provided. Almost nil option to keep luggage and belongings. Room space is inadequate for family. Cabinet is dirty and poorly maintained. Bathroom was clean. Food was good. Location and view from balcony are worthy. No tea kit, electric kettle, cloth hanger provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I am very happy with the overall experience. All the services provided were excellent — from the warm hospitality to the cleanliness and prompt assistance. The staff was courteous and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.

Thanks MMT for offering a great deal at this price for the hotel.Hotel is at convenient location. Breakfast and dinner items (buffet) selection as well as taste very good. But room is not spacious. we have been provided 4th floor Royal Deluxe room though no lift was there . Well behaved and cooperative staff , cleanliness makes our stay happy.

They are not providing any mineral water even though they have taken for two rooms. Breakfast was very bad and even behaviour of staff is too bad.

Eye Pleasing View from Gallary, Comfortable Stay, Excellent food. we booked an option of breakfast and dinner which was a good take because there are not many food options available in sangla velly market so better to take including food options.

The stay was excellent with great view of snow capped mountains. Food was very delicious. They are having construction work during afternoon time which hampers resting, Also the bed is making noise on normal sitting

It is a decent hotel considering the location and helpful staff . The views of the snow capped mountains are amazing .We found the food to be good when you stick to basics !

Location, food, behaviour of staff all were excellent. Room quality and furnitures could have been better.

The location is good and overall property is decent. The owner initially refused to provide a room heater ( despite agreeing to provide that over phone before the trip). However, the problem was later resolved. The hotel staffs are very nice and co-operating. The food is okay.

The highlight of the hotel is the staff, very helpful, caring, attentive, they make the stay great, rooms and toilet are basic but clean, view is great, the attached garden was full of apple trees and flowers, nice experience overall

The staff is courtes and helpful. Rooms are clean and so is the washroom. Food is also good. Nice view of mountains from the room.

amazing property, amazing people and service. must to visit this place. 100/100. I would love to visit this property again. we were getting late and skipped Breakfast but later they offer same and did not charged for same.

Food is great - home cooked but delicious and economical. Rooms are basic, but neat and clean. View from the room was great too. The staff is helpful and nice. Do not expect their WiFi to work reliably, but phone connectivity is great in the area. They charged us some money for the water bottles which was slightly odd, as 2 bottles per day is pretty customary to give to guests. Aside from these 2 issues, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location of the property is good, mountain facing rooms have amazing view and it is also in close proximity to the main sangla market. The owner as well as the staff are very cooperative, humble and helping. The meals are also amazing special recommendations for their apple chutney and juice produced by them in-house. One scope of improvement will be wifi connectivity.
