Pramod Convention & Beach Resort

The ambience was good and the staff were polite. They decorated the room for our anniversary celebration which we liked. The food was expensive and the taste was beyond average. Demit about the resort is that, the parking is at the owner's risk. The guards don't look after the vehicle. Our car was destroyed hen the guards cleaned it got scratched. The staff should have looked after the vehicles and when they already knew these things happened often, they should have informed us earlier so that we could have taken some precautions to protect our car. One of the staff also argued with us stating what we can do, this is natural. This was very disappointing, the resort should take care of the parking after all the guests are paying a good amount for a 1 day stay.

This was one of the pathetic experience. I didn't mind paying but the at least upgrade the hygiene. Such a dirty rooms, bathrooms, balcony full of dirty ,bed sheets and covers. Its a long list. If in panda-mic time this is the state of the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort, I wonder what will you guys maintain the hygiene off pandemic. Lastly the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort is just beautiful to look from outside, give a star feeling but inside it pathetic specially the rooms. For my experience never ever book the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort by its looks. It will be a great loss of money. Its better to always go directly to the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort check and then decide. Instead of being deceived by their market gimmicks.

Stayed in the property for a long weekend vacation. + points 1. Location : very close to the beach, literally walkable distance. Other eating options are also close by. 2. Amenities : nice and spacious rooms, attached pool, kids play zone etc. 3. Courteous staff, prompt to serve customers. Thanks for the upgrade) 4. Well maintained and gives you the feeling of a resort areas of improvement 1. House keeping can certainly be improved 2. Rooms can have some potpourri or stuff which can help give a nice smell to the rooms. 3. There is definitely a scope of improvement in the food, both from a variety and taste perspective. We reached early at around 9:45 am, but got our rooms ready only by 11:40, even though the check in time is 10 am. We had to spend more than two hrs at the beach. Thats the only big complaint we have. We should have been given a room to rest at least, we had traveled the whole night only to sit and wait for another 2. 5 hrs in windy and hot sun at beach. We checked out at 9 :30am on our check out day. At least some compensation should have been made for that long wait we had to do at beach. Room was good. Swimming pool was big but the water was not that clean. Room in dining was good. Staff was ok.

Really good guest management. Booked a family suite but we were only 2 people and we requested another room and they accommodated that request (twice, as we didnt like the view from the 2nd room. Quite professional front desk, made us feel warm and welcome at all times. The restaurant had good food and the breakfast buffet was quite good as well. Only nitpick would be that whoever handles the room service phone always seems to be in a rush and cuts off the call before listening fully, which is quite strange. Our stay was for 2 days. I must say the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort is at the prime location, few steps from puri beach and close to the puri temple. We booked kings suite in which there was an attached pool side which was cherry on th top. The food was good as well. This Pramod Convention & Beach Resort has a separate cafe, maikhana(bowling, restaurant, bar) and kids area as well. Overall, i must say it was a great stay there.

Stayed in queens court for the weekend. The location of the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort is good. Excellent staff and good service. Their restaurant offers some delicious dishes. It's just the place where you can unwind after the entire week's work. You can enjoy the pool or use the gym. Have evening coffee at their coffee shop or have friends over at their sports bar. Overall it's a good experience.

House keeping staffs always wore masks. Maintained social distancing. & hygiene location was good. Easy access to beach. Lunch lemon rice, grilled fish with lemon and butter sauce along with assorted vegetables was perfect juicy, delicious. Service of house keeping staffs, staffs who served breakfast was really appreciable. Reception staffs can be more pleasent.

The room has a basic facility. Bath flooring and fittings were old and appeared worn-out,however, this deficiency was well covered by a pleasant and courteous staff and very good personalized service.

Property is lovely. Staff is very nice especially prashant the manager. Spa is also great - pooja does a wonderful job with the massage. Close to the beach. 2 minutes walking. Beach is also very pristine

It was indeed a great stay at the pramod convention and resorts. Amazing and fast customer service. They also celebrated my wedding anniversary. They serve really nice food. Only thing was that the pool was going through some mentainance coz of which cudnt enjoy the pool much. But overall a nice and decent stay

A well maintained beautiful property. Amazing hospitality and a great pool to relax. Try staying at a pool side room incase you love to get into the pool and sit beside the pool with your favourite drink😊. Good hangout for both family and friends.

Though the ambiance and food is good, the rooms are small and bath rooms are not well maintained. The property is not worth rs. 14000- per night. It doesn't have exciting games for kids and does not have any activity to entice the guests. Over all my impression is the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort is over charging as tourists are thronging puri on vacations.

Everything is good about the Pramod Convention & Beach Resort but the price charged is very high. It is not worth 14 thousand per night. While seeing the room size we got terribly disappointed.

Resort is good, the Beach there is very clean with not much crowd, pool is good but the gym is not up to the mark.

Clean and pretty Resort but overpriced as compared to other properties and amenities that are provided Nothing so luxurious as such
