The Stay was pathetic and Also the room are very old and not much ameneties are there. Specially the staff is very rude and narrow minder people and do not know how to behave with guests. Not worth the price they charge.

The hotel needs urgent renovation, the room which I was alloted a.c was not working in it . After arguments with the management I was given an upgrade. I have been staying in this hotel since long , but the service & food quality has come down . Overall ok stay , no other choice

Bfast spread was extremely average. Room category mentioned is incorrect- I had to get this changed in the middle of the night. Extra bed is a joke- extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Beautiful exteriors, lobby and entrance. Hope the same attention of detail is given to service, food and room quality

The stay was pleasant and the entire staff was politely handling all my requests which i am really glad about however a small request of ensuring the hair dryers work well within the rest rooms faced a little inconvenience regarding that, rest apart i will continue recommending the resort to friends and family. Also, thank you for sending the breakfast to rooms however i feel guests should have an option to have their breakfast in room. Thank you for the wonderful experience Pramod ! Your staff deserves a raise :)
