Pramod Lands End, a member of Radisson Individuals

The stay at pramod was great. The staff was courteous and very polite. Whenever we called the room service, housekeeping or front desk the reply was always prompt. They also readily got us an extra bed with no extra charges. The food taste was good but could do better with more options in the afternoon lunch or dinner sections for the alacarte. The place and the ambience of the Pramod Lands End, a member of Radisson Individuals is very beautiful and near the beach which gives it a very positive vibe. The only issue was the christmas gala dinner due to which i gave 4 stars. I was not aware of the dinner nor the extra charges of approx 2500 to be paid per head(we were 5 ppl including a kid. We returned in the evening after a tiring day of exploring the city and had decided to call in an early night. But when i called the room service nobody answered. When i called the reception, they said they will get back with an answer but i got no reply for 15 -20 mins. After which i had to go to the front desk to inquire and they said that there is no room service today. It was 9. 30 pm and i was left with no option but to purchase the gala dinner coupons. They should have been more upfront or called and informed in advance so that i could have arranged an alternate dinner option for my parents. It felt like it was made mandatory just to get the extra cash. The stay was nice but this issue could have been avoided. Still i would like to say a thanks to the staff of pramod for making our stay pleasant.

My wife and i stayed at pramod lands end on dc 12. We were traveling by road from kolkata to bangalore and this was our first halt. We were extremely impressed with the property in gopalpur on sea. The property is very beautiful and extremely well maintained. The staff is polite and courteous and they provided a wonderful service. The property is located on the beach. We had dinner on dc 12 and breakfast on dc 13 at the Pramod Lands End, a member of Radisson Individuals . We found the food to be excellent. I wish we had planned a longer stay at pramod lands end.

The rooms and pool are clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The friendly staff ensures excellent service, while the ambience creates a relaxing vibe. Families will love the kids' playroom, and the amazing food makes the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a refreshing getaway!

Had a great experience at the property. We had gone for our first wedding anniversary and the overall experience was great. The breakfast spread is one of the best i’ve had so far. Also, the food tastes amazing, so do the cocktails. The room is good and direct access to pool is awesome. The only thing i would suggest is to add more english channels in tata sky.

This property is one of the finest in ganjam. The pool, food and the rooms were the highlight of our stay. We felt that the property friendly had a lot more to offer and 1 night in this property was too short stay. The location is very convenient if you are a beach lover. The service and staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

. It was great experience saying at the resort and the staff was also supportive. We didn't expect a stay like this in odisha but this stay was out of the box for us and was a great experience. From the moment we entered the premises, it has been a fantastic stay. The staff is extremely courteous. The food is good. The rooms are cool. The in-house facilities too are wonderful. Will surely want to come again.

The rooms are descent, food is great and ambience and architecture is great. The pool is the highlight of the resort.

There was mosquito in the room. No internet inside room. I informed to reception. But they didn't solve our problem. Other things like breakfast etc were excellent.
