One of the finest homestay ever visited. Classic homestay in midst of strawberry plantations. The locality, ambiance and the service is great. Fooding arrangement is also great, we can ask for what we wanna eat from the regular food. We loved to stay more in the homestay than roaming around in Mahabaleshwer. Beautifully and tastefully maintained property. The perfect quaint getaway at any time of the year or week. Fits any occasion and also the best option to go with family, with friends or even by yourself to do some soul searching. Delectable food, serene ambiance, excellent hospitality with the brilliant pricing. A must visit home away from home. Very clean, luxurious, spacious rooms and environment. A lovely home stay in Mahabaleshwer. A lovely homestay for a family weekend outing. The owner is very pleasant and friendly. A perfect place to enjoy away from the city life.

We stayed in the property for two nights during the peak season of diwali. The location of the property is great. Right next to the main road connecting panchgani with mahabaleshwar and a stone's throw from the venna lake. The room was new with lots of sunlight and air as one side of the room opened into a balcony with an open view of the highway. We had driven down from mumbai and were thankful that parking wasn't an issue in this property. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had breakfast at the property which was tasty and like home cooked. The only bit of bother we had was the availability of hot water. The geysers are turned on only in the morning from 7 to 9 am and if there is a power cut during that time you don't get hot water.

Total grab for a value deal! amazing hospitality, clean rooms, polite host, welcoming staff! prashant was very humble and welcoming, he catered to our requirements very well. We needed hot water which was actually only available 7am to 9am but on request it was made available-so, happy about it! we were to extend our stay but due to some unfortunate incident we had to leave next day! would definitely recommend friends and family and we ourselves would for sure stay at this property whenever we visit next!

Hotel prashant cottage is located near to venna lake boating point. I had booked two rooms for 2 nights for my family and both the rooms were very clean, had balcony and clean bathrooms. Mr prashant and all the Prashant Cottage | Rooms & Wi-Fi staff are very polite and courteous. We got free parking for our vehicle and hot water early in the morning before visiting sunrise point. We had dinner both the nights at Prashant Cottage | Rooms & Wi-Fi restaurant and all food items were very tasty.

It was excellent stay to th Prashant Cottage | Rooms & Wi-Fi, we stayed in super deluxe non ac room, room was cleaned & properly hygiene accurately settled. Staff was humanoid, food served was very good & tasty delicious. Area of Prashant Cottage | Rooms & Wi-Fi is very calm & none of traffic. Parking is precious & safe for car. We would love to visit again. I recommend to stay to Prashant Cottage | Rooms & Wi-Fi. I would like to thank caretaker for kind service to us.

Property is not costly, so obviously you cannot expect luxury for that price. Pros: super rooms finish, tv, basic tata sky hindi channels, best location near a point, vienna lake. Lots of snack eatings options at evening near lake. And near to bus stop. Cons: wifi weak, loses strength every now and then, washbasin is very small, menu is bit pricy, and no market/pharma shops nearby.

This cottage is very close (walking distance) from venna lake. The cottage was very clean and well maintained by the host. Tea and coffee were excellent. If you are looking for a homely food go for it. Overall experience was good.

Excellent location, very clean and tidy, staff is very kind and helpful, good home-cooked food. I'll definitely stay with them again on next trip.

Stayed during Oct. Decent room for 2 adults max one kid. Bed and pillows were comfortable. When asked, provided hot drinking water :). Suitable for overnight stay. Don't expect any other experience. The surrounding is poor. Towel could have been better.

Location was peaceful. Tv cable input was failing frequently. Wifi didn't work at all.

Stayed for 2 days with family, finding location was not easy as the map ended on the road instead at the location, very near to venna lake, room was good as shown in pics, food prepared by caretaker family was good.

It was good stay but the price was too much as well as amenities wasn't there as we expected

Overall stay was good. Rooms are clean and near to venna lake. Breakfast was great. Only issue is that owner said hot water from geyser is available from 7-9 in morning which not good as there is very cold environment at location.

It's a quite peaceful place, location is also very good. Food is good and rooms are also cozy. It's a non ac room but you don't really need ac as the climate is excellent.
