Pratap Heritage

Booked a deluxe room with bathtub, in image was looking totally different then what's actual, bathtub is broken with black patches very unhygienic specially for kids. Bisleri Water bottle was overcharged 37 Rs for 1L. only good thing is the play area for kids which is spacious.

Conjusted area. Even we have to pay 600 for car parking for a night. They even not provided assistance for free parking.

Overall it was very good.. The staff was very Polite and helpful..the location was very good.easy access to Market and other shopping places.. it was a pleasant climate.. Food was very good. My child enjoyed a lot as there was a playing area for children with lots of indore game.mWe enjoyed a lot.. thanks to Pratap Heritage for the lovely service given during the trip.

Location is the main problem, this property is in market area, this is not really we seeing in images, yes but there is very nice interior feels vintage

very dirty rooms, eaching blanket not washed, toilets are very dirty, no hygiene, unsatisfied with room, not recommended this hotel room

I stay at Pratap Heritage is Good. It's Near to the Market. Restaurant is there in the Hotel itself, where Breakfast Buffet which we opt in Package is Excellent. Walkable to the Market.There are Indoor Games like Chess, Table Tennis etc and Swimming Pool and Kids Play Area is also there.

If I just talk about the money I paid for the stay here, it was very reasonable. However there are few things which shall not be normal irrespective of the tarrif of the room: Things I liked: Plenty of play area for kids overall helpful staff Didnt like: Rooms are not clean. There was age old dust everywhere in the room. Mattress, Pilows and blankets were extremely dirty. We removed cover of a pillow and there was black fungi inside. Hygiene is a serious concern at this property. The dishes used to serve breakfast were extremely dirty. For examole, I tried to clean a "so called clean tea cup" with a tissue paper before pouring tea in it. To my surprise the tissue paper became black after cleaning it. Same with other dishes. Plates and bowls had foul smell.

visited to Pratap Heritage hotel property is very good and clean and rooms are spacious. suitable for family's. as part of Mahabaleshwar cold location management should provide as part of amenities. ex. Hair dryers, Tea cofee preparation arrangements in the room kettle should keep in every room. Food is average test and quality. may during this period no more tourists so not more arrangements. so can not say more about food but it is costly..

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the property wasn't clean and charged us for the A/C that didn't work all throughout. The officials at the check-in counter just looted in the name of service they provided!

Location issue, there is basti. Food tastes very good but expensive. In the picture it looks like outside there is a garden where cars are parked however in the original it's totally different. inside the hotel all good.

The hotel ambience is very nice and well maintained only concern is very small parking space and also no outside view from windows. however the staff is very helpful and things are well managed. its closely connected to the main market.

I had booked supper deluxe room for 3 days,Room was not clean properly and bad smelling was also there to much in room and in room window side water leakage, was there so in room floor was totally unclean and hole hotel property was also not proper hygiene and clean and staff of room service boys and security guard was so disturbing for tip money back to back they was backing for tip and food was not so better and quality for test first hygiene is no there anywhere i have so bad experience and i had book tupbath bathroom and that tupbath is only not working at all the condition of tupbath was so bad unclean

As compared with cost not happy with service, Food quality is good. More Cleanness required in bathroom.

It was s fantastic stay. Indoor sports facilities were awesome. Dining area was ambivalent. Food preparation was excellent.

Very comfort and luxurious stay in bugdet friendly price The room was neat and clean and they provide us 24 hours hot water

Rooms are a little bit unhygienic. The overall hotel cost is too much compared to the services provided by them. Multiple lights were not working. The bathroom was not adequately maintained.

Room and bathroom was not clean, bed sheet and pillow cover had fungus and smelling very bad. But the behaviour of all the staff were good.

Overall good experience. Property is good. Food is excellent. Best restaurant for Pure vegetarians. Location of property is very inner in the city.
