location is good. everything is close by. a short walk will give access to autos. we ordered a la carte for dinner. it was ok. got the job done. the breakfast was better - poha, aloo paratha and bread butter jam. overall a good stay for one night.

rooms were excellent , need to install exaust fan in wash room and toilet seat need to be changed .

The Property is in Prime location. Staff is good and food was tasty and freshly cocked. The place is big and spacious Rooms are well furnished. I Will definitely recommend this place.

It was a beautiful stay at Pratapgarh Haveli. Our room was fabulous. It is very spacious and aesthetically decorated, very neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and always helpful.

It was a bad experience due to poor maintenance the hot water pipe from gyuser was suddenly removed at its own n my wife hand got burn but the hotel person didn't realize atleast. For cleaning it was on demand basis only. Location is poor. Overall hygiene value was zero. Our payment should be refunded.

Poorly maintained property, with dirty bedsheets and torn pillow covers. The quilt had food stains and have not been cleaned for ages, no temperature checks or any safety measures adopted during this time. The food is pethetic.

Very courteous and helpful staff

It is an affordable place and have big rooms. It seems it will get better as efforts are being made.

We stayed here in a group of 16 people, management staff is very kind and cooperative. We got very good food. Management allowed us to use their kitchen to cook food as per our choice. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Very good hotel at this rate. Value for money.

It was nice location surrounded by police security so nothing to worry for woman Solo traveler. Yeah, they are on feet for any kind of service. They should improve little hygiene standards.

The property is very nice. I Am highly impressed by the staff behaviour. A special dinner table was arranged for us. They made our stay memorable. The rooms were clean but bathroom needs basic maintenance. Rest its quite safe and happy stay.
